Applied for blue badge exemption.

Applied for blue badge exemption.
After the time of 14 days approximately I phoned today 03/06/26 to enquire of progress.
I spoke to staff member David who looked into my account and informed me that it would be approved this morning and I would receive an email confirming approval. True to his word, very polite and a pleasure discussing the process.
Happy days 😊

I simply re-applied for my Tyne Tunnel Disability exemption by sending a scan of both side of my blue badge and have had it renewed for another 12 months.
I dont know why its just for 12 mths as I'm disabled permanently so will have to go through same procedure in 12 months.

TT2 got on touch .I made an error in…

TT2 got on touch .I made an error in applying for my Blue badge exemption pass and corrected it and returned the correct one by email. In less than 24 hours they accepted it and issued my pass.If all similar services were so prompt.A big thank you.

The staff are fabulous

The staff are fabulous, as always. This is one customer service desk I'm not worried about ringing. There were glitches on the website when I tried to make a timely renewal application which meant I ended up late doing it but it was processed super-fast.
