First time using TS Gas- very helpful, professional & efficient. Tom gave really good advice and offered solutions to a few challenges changing the boiler in a grade 2 listed building will definitely be using again

I have used TS Gas for the last 5 years from the installation of a boiler, to servicing and problem solving gas or plumbing issues. Over the years I have met Tom and many of his team. Without exception they have always been understanding, clean, efficient and they have explained any problems and provided resolutions i.e. completely professional. Never any issues about using them again.

Tom provided a professional yet personal service from the outset. His advice and pricing were both very clear. The team who delivered the project were very professional and extremely helpful as was the engineer who attended to carry out a minor system amendment.

Tom and the team provide great service, help and guidance moving our boiler and hot water tank. Making sure the flue of the gas boiler was relocated in a neat and unobtrusive way. I recommend them!

Great service provided by TS Gas. I only required a gas pipe to be moved which to some companies i contacted didn't warrant a reply but i received a quick and professional response from TS gas. Quick and effortless process throughout. Thanks again.

TSGas have just replaced our boiler. The engineers were courteous, tidy and professional and have done a good job at a fair price in our opinion. Given our experience I can’t recommend them more highly.

We had trouble with a fairly new boiler that prematurely failed due to being connected via our water softener. The boiler was not designed for treated water. TS Gas came in and sorted the issue and replaced the boiler and water tank. They were competent, courteous , and did the work on time and budget. Big thanks to them! I highly recommend them!

Tom came to fix an element in my water tank and a flush in the toilet. He was communicative and helpful.

Our central heating was running into problems with the boiler pressure and the pipework around the cylinder. TS Gas quickly identified the issues and successfully replaced the cylinder pipe and the boiler expansion vessel. They were friendly and thorough and answered all our queries

I just had a new boiler installed with TS Gas. Tom was very polite and easy to deal with booking in all the work at what I think was a fair price. Matthew did a great job installing the boiler which is very neat and all working well.

I would recommend TS Gas. They replaced an old gas boiler with a new electric one which involved a lot of new pipe work and an upgrade to the electrics in the house. All their personnel were competent, very easy to deal with and they cleaned up every time they left. Tom Stephens was in touch throughout the work ensuring I was happy. They also accommodated my timescale. Thanks Tom.

I would like to recommend TSGas.
TSGas replaced my central heating boiler three weeks ago and it has been working perfectly ever since.
Charlie did an excellent job. He was punctual, polite, professional and clearly very skilled. He was very knowledgeable about heating systems and was happy to discuss the working of the boiler and indeed the entire heating system. He did an excellent job without any problem and left the site clean and tidy. It took less time than predicted and the final price was as previously quoted.

The tradesmen were hard working clean and tidy. Arrived on time and were polite and listened when asked questions concerning the job. Given our experience i would highly recommend TS GAS. Also they completed on time and price



2.10.2024 For years I have been feeding back just how amazing TS Gas is. Yesterday I was more grateful to them than I could ever begin to express. Two days ago a British Gas engineer left my very elderly neighbour without heating after the engineer broke a bracket on her boiler when he was there to do an annual service.
All it needed was two new rivets fitted onto the bracket but the man did not have rivets on his van so he condemned the boiler, shut off the gas and said she should get a new boiler.
I phoned TS Gas yesterday and Charlie was at the house before 9am, put in two new rivets and all was set to turn on the gas when he discovered that the regulator to the meter was faulty. He contacted SGN who came out within the hour and all is now well. My neighbour is toasty warm and happy.

Tom and his colleagues at TS Gas, have conducted the annual safety inspection of gas appliances in our home, for a couple of years now. Punctual and polite, they performed their checks, leaving everything exactly as they had found it. Certification and invoice sent through immediately after the visit, I cant recommend this business highly enough.

I used them twice. On the first job they kept rescheduling me a few times and I had to take time off work but the job was done ok.
On the second job they came twice because the problem was not fixed after the first visit . They told me over the phone that they will not charge for the first visit and I will only have to pay for the second visit. Now after 8 months they’ve sent me the invoice for the first visit as well!
I would not trust them!
Avoid!

Tom recently fitted a gas fire into a fireplace designed for an open fire. This was not straightforward as he had to drill through walls to ensure that the gas pipe was not obvious. He also had to drill through an external wall to fit a vent.
