I have been paid by TryMyUI - now TryMata.com - for tests without issue over the years, but probably 15 times now, I have had tests in "pending" state on the site (the step just before being paid) that have just disappeared with no trace. Customer service are never able to help. I'm a 5-star tester but have wasted several hours basically working for free for them. They owe me ~$250 and as that amount increases I get more inclined to invoice them for the amount and if they refuse to pay proceed to debt collection/small claims court.

Terrible company and platform for testing. From experience, they can randomly reject your test after you spend over 20 minutes for their $10 offerings. On multiple occasions, I have followed their instructions but they come back to reject my tests with guidelines that were not clearly presented before testing. One of the most frustrating testing platforms out there and no wonder they're not a big player in this industry despite having been around for years.

After completing a test, they said that they could not use it, so I wasted my time. Reasons given were not clear. Also the number of tests available is very few and have to wait a long time.

I have been working with this company for about two months, and I really enjoy the work, the company and the quick way that they pay. One note is that you must do the review within the required 30-minute format. To help you do that, the company has a time clock clearly displayed on your computer while you are doing the test. I recommend working with this company, and I will look forward continuing my relationship with them.

This is worst testing compnay experience so far. Dishonest people. App doesnot work.

The awaiting takes a lifetime until you receive some work. After you do, it
they do everything in order not to pay you. My first test was about polish website so j clearly remember what they wanted from me and i did quality because the main requirement was to speak and understand polish. So after completing the test, a client left a review that THE MAIN requirement was to be a citizen of Poland which is a complete lie. There was no request to provide them with you Polish id or anything like that. Basically they receive your piece of work for free but refuse to pay making up a silly excuse. AVOID

Faulty recording app.

I couldn't even pass the test recording! Test website should've opened in the browser, but nothing happened. I strictly followed the guidelines. But no luck. Just a waste of time

I sign up for this platform in May and since then only had problems. The tests are coming rarely and when they come I was working for 30 min for nothing, or the recorder would not record, so you won't be paid for it even though you were working 30 min or the recording can't be uploaded, just like yesterday got stuck on 18% which means again you can't get paid.
I can't understand such platforms. You are spending in vain the money from the researchers and the time of the testers because you can't make a decent recorder and application. Simply do not launch your platform until you are ready.
When you reach the support its just useless.

I think 1 star is too much for them. Idea of using admin between tester and client is complete nonsense, as client should decide if information is usefull or not. NOT F***ing admin. 100% sure he send reviews and get money for them. Do not use this site it is 100000% waste of your time. SCUMM.

I literally could not upload my test recording even though I tried numerous time and the recording app says 100%. It keeps saying the video is processing and my application is rejected because its not uploaded properly. It is NOT my internet as i have full bars and connection while doing this. Wasted 2.5 hours doing the application. Plus the second time I did my application test the recorder just closed out on its own!

Not bad if we earn money 💲💰

The admin who reviews the tests before they are sent is extraordinarily picky and you rarely qualify for tests. When you do qualify for tests they want you to be a perfectionist and close the ghetto very glitch taskbar that you can barely read. They say they supposedly declined the test but who really knows if they are not just sending the test to the customer and just not paying us testers. For the other user testing websites you would receive a bad review and still get paid. Maybe if the test was that bad you would be removed from the site. Save yourself time and use other testing websites. The $15 for 30 minutes isn't worth it with inflation and this extremely picky admin.
