From ordering to trying to return this this company have been probematic, swinderling me out of more money, not putting the costumer first and then not allowing me to return the product.

From ordering to trying to return this product they have been difficult and do not put customers first. My advise...Never buy anything from them.
I made a purchase of the hair growth spray, it was a buy one get one free offer costing £29.99.
It took me a while to get through the purchase process because other pop ups would come on and I declined them.
I saw my purchase was for £29.99 and agreed to pay, when I clicked to complete purchase the total became £93.00. When I relised what had happened I tried to cancel the order. Halogrow would not allow me to cancel even though I requested this within minutes of the purchase. There was an imediate email saying because of the problems with the Strait of Hormuz there would be a delay in shipping.
The ommunications following was slow, they then said it's been shipped so I can't stop the puchase- a week later.
I also tried to stop the payment through the bank and was unable to fo so.
When the product arrived 10 days later, I've been trying to return it and request a refund. I am unable able to use thier portal and they are not helping me to do this.
They have not put me first as the customer and im left with products I don't want and paid s lot of money for in an unethical way.

Really good product

I ordered one product at 75% off and…

I ordered one product at 75% off and free shipping for $29.99. When trying to finalize my order there were pop up add on products encouraging me to buy. The only way past these buy more ads was to opt out of the special discount and pay for shipping. This then took me to a page asking if my order was correct. My order was now showing the pop up extras as chosen with my order placed. I was not given access to change my order, it was placed with no choice to delete the extra products I did not select. I was charged 3 times in my bank account details and my account drained of funds. I contacted my bank who are trying to retrieve my money. Halogrow customer service returned my emails implying I may have had trouble navigating through the site. I have asked for a full refund and have been advised that my order has shipped. I stated clearly, straight after my order was placed what took place. There is no excuse not to refund money I did not give consent to taking. I am a low income earner and cannot afford to pay $166.71 that they fraudulently obtained.

When I was looking at the product…

When I was looking at the product online, the webpage was jumping up-and-down. I clipped on it to to go to the pricing and when I clicked on it, it automatically ordered need the product without my authorization, it did it twice, I have not been able to reach them, they keep giving me a runaround on a return. The company seems to be a scam. When I\nFinally got in touch with them.They told me there was nothing wrong with their system.And the order was legit.Absolute, a lie would not recommend nor never do business with this company again.They are thieves

HairGrow Spray

Doesn't working

I have been using the hair grow spray product for 3 months, applying it every day as recommended by them, no improvement, it's just a scam.

I was contacted by customer service, who instead of apologizing and giving me a refund, said that the refund had to be requested within 30 days. I showed them before-and-after photos of the product, which showed that the product they sell doesn't work; in fact, it makes the situation worse. Terrible customer service and products. Absolutely avoid.
Update: Your email didn't require a response because it was merely an email stating that I wasn't entitled to a refund and that I could contact you with future questions. This is a joke; you don't solve any problems and send emails that make no sense with my questions and requests.
