Customer service experience with Chelsea and Emma was very positive. They both reassured me of my choice to file and advised of other options a available to me. I appreciate their quick response to my issue and patience in listening to what actually brought on my search for help.

Having good customer service in the initial process is paramount. Even though I am in the begining stages of rectifying my financial dilemma, dealing with them makes me feel like I'm off to a good start.

Jeffrey was a great help, offering guidance toward my best debt solution. He recommended debt counseling with Consolidated Credit, a non-profit in business to help people. They helped me with my credit card debt, getting me a lower interest rate and pay off plan. My plan is a cheaper monthly payment than solutions offered by debt settlement companies, without the negative impact of debt settlement. The settlement companies try not to tell you that they let your debt go into default. Until you have paid them enough to offer a settlement, they do nothing. The bank may not even know that you are doing a settlement. All the bank can do is try to collect from you. Research carefully and you may find that Consolidated credit can help you avoid the predatory methods of settlement companies. I remain in good standing, even though my credit cards will be closed. Jeffrey was my first call and I knew from our initial conversation I had found the right fit. I had a lot ( and I mean a lot) of questions. I spoke with Emma and she was wonderful! She was easy to talk with and was upbeat and positive. I found them by watching their videos on YouTube.

Ireny demonstrates exceptional communication skills, always expressing ideas clearly and listening attentively to others.

Truly they help me through my financial Journey. Mind you they did not want a single Cent! Ascend is there to truly give you the right information empowering you to make a educated decision for yourself. I personally went with Chapter 7 bankruptcy and they even help me understand the rehabilitation after chapter 7. I can't recommend enough to come to ascend. Truly a great support system.
