Couldn't give zero stars

Couldn't give zero stars! I have waited over four weeks for an item to be delivered, in spite of chasing twice, as it was ordered for a work event. Just keep being told it is in transit - poor service. That event is now tomorrow and I do not have the communication device/talker to show. Very disappointing, especially as I could have ordered the same item cheaper on Amazon, but wanted to support a small company with a UK address. Turns out they are shipping the product in from abroad, so I will see if I now get a refund, as asked for. Very disappointing
