Trust Housing support to tenants is awful. Unless you’re the bad guy!
Having hellish time with hostile abusive stalker neighbour for almost a year. Stones thrown at windows most nights. Police out as regularly. Windows smashed. Caught on cctv. No help from housing as yet. They have a very intimidating man scaring more than 2 neighbours. There’s plenty evidence, witness statements, police, social work, nurse accounts and there’s still nothing done. He’s shining a torch in my window right now. He’s battered my window wearing a balaclava. Don’t know what he’ll have to do for them to actually do anything. They had to fix the broken window. Sure if any female single relatives of theirs were living in this situation actions would be quicker! 👍🏻

Very poor service provided on behalf of local councils wide spread discrimination and poor services. We are spoken down to rather than being consulted and cared for. They are more interested in profits for company than caring for people also witnessed bullying within the organisation.
