Truffleshuffle Reviews 

I bought some items (due to be returned soon) but despite me paying in full it shows as a Klarna payment on my bank account which has impacted my affordability score on my credit rating.
I paid in full and never use BNPL so I'm shocked to see this on my bank statement and on my credit report. I paid in full by card, 100% did not select the Klarna option. But clearscore and credit karma saw it as a BNPL as it was Klarna.
Emailed their customer service and got a reply to say they use Klarna but it won't impact my credit score, but it has.
Won't use again as don't want the hassle of getting it removed off my credit rating.
There service is good but can't give a higher score due to the hassle & stress this caused.

As I've never used Klarna before I have no account to discuss with them. It is 100% on my credit score and lowered my affordability rating, it is being disputed.

Dispute was agreed by 2 out of 3 credit reference agencies, but have to wait 4 weeks for it to be removed from my file and has been alot of hassle and emails.

Excellent is the word that I thought of straight away. My purchase from Truffleshuffle arrived on the day stated and came in a sturdy box. This was my first purchase from you, the handbag I purchased was a surprise gift for my daughter. Daughter very pleased.

I ordered a tshirt in size small unfortunately its going to be a bit small so I should have got a medium but that's my fault excellent delivery service I chose amazon I will definitely be buying again they have an amazing range of unique items and clothing

Last time I left a review for this company, I gave them 2 stars and that was wrong of me. The reason I changed my mind is because they have been nothing but helpful ever since. This company is such wholesome and kind shop. They have everything you could ever want and one thing I love the most is they keep the prices fair.

I also love that they have plus sizes which can be hard to find! So 100/100 for the best place to shop!!

Purchased a pair of Cookie Monster pj bottoms 31/01/2: and they arrived a week later. Initially fell in love with them as the design , colours and rope tie were perfect! however after a few weeks the colour quickly faded and the seam at the back of the trousers started tearing. Quality of it is quite poor which is a shame as they quickly became my favourite pair!

Ordered a few times over the years and my experience had been great each time.

Back in December ordered with the company and due to their choice to use Evri (horrid delay/loss debacle.....) anyway never received any of my items......fast forward to March and they now want me to repay a refund I finally had from them as Evri sent them a picture of the parcel in the hands of delivery person on my road!!! Disgusting will never order again

I ordered a Loungefly backpack from Lord of the Rings, which was sold out everywhere. The price was right too. Unfortunately, it was sent back again because I didn't get a notification from the post office. Customer service offered to send the item again. But unfortunately something went wrong and I was refunded the price instead. I was already afraid that the backpack was lost. But after a lot of back and forth, an individual solution was found and the backpack found its way to me after all. The shipping costs of the second, this time even tracked, shipment were refunded to me again. The communication was top quality. I always received quick and helpful answers. So, in the end, everything went well.

Tried to avail of an offer £40 or over and 10% of and everything priced at £19.99 so you have to buy third item. Do not buy from Ireland 2 T-shirts ended up costing me €80 with the VAT and got held in customs. Nightmare

Absolutely love truffle shuffle, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the sizing of the t shirts, which is all over the place! I’m a size 16 and ordered XL & 2XL. One of the 2XL tops was skintight! One of the XL tops made me feel like I was being strangled! Sort it out please TruffShuff, then I can buy more of my favourite 80’s stuff 😊

My husband ordered me a loungefly bag and purse back in December for a Christmas gift, arrived really quickly. On Saturday, the zip of my bag broke, I contacted truffleshuffle on Sunday to ask if they could help and on Monday I had a message to let me know that a new bag had been sent out and I recieved it yesterday and have sent faulty bag back with the free returns label they sent. Amazing customer service and I will definitly be ordering more loungefly bags for my disney trip 🙂

Excellent website. I have been using them for years now and rarely have issues. The rare occasion I have had issues (which has actually been with the courrier company and not Truffle Shuffle themselves) They have been amazing. Excellent communication. Friendly customer services team. Makes me really happy to continue being a customer with them

Friendly website & service. And fast delivery in sturdy, eco-friendly paper. No complaints whatsoever, would definitely buy more items from them in the future.

Just be aware, if you're ordering a men's/unisex T-shirt, that IMO their sizes are on the generous side....so I ordered a size "Large", which is the size of all the T-shirts I wear... the TShuffle one is still one of the bigger T-shirts in my wardrobe :0)

I have shopped with Truffleshuffle a lot over the past few years. Have never had an issue. All the goods are excellent quality, they are dispatched quickly and have always arrived promptly in good condition.
I even opted to use royal mail delivery before xmas and received my items in perfect time.

No problem with the cloths . But they need to use more delivery partners as evri are useless . 3 out of 5 parcels I've had from these delivered by evri has been throw over fences into pools . Or just thrown onto my backgarden . Disgusting service. To much arsing around sorting it out

Wow - Super fast delivery, my items all arrived the next day after ordering - all items were as described on site, everything was perfect! This seems to be an aspiring little company and so far I am impressed - could this be the next 'Forbidden Planet'? I hope so!

Great company and products. Ordered quite late at night and everything arrived the next day. Kept up to date with order process throughout. Also, I opted for gift wrapped parcels at small extra cost, and they look great. Thank you, would definitely recommend.

Never had a bad experience from Truffleshuffle. Got my latest order a day after ordering it, way earlier than expected. The quality of their clothes is great, definitely worth the price.
