Ordered three items over the weekend. Not only did they arrive in super fast time they were perfect and the packaging was excellent. Free sweeties too. What's not to like?
Highly recommended I love my new Loungefly hoodies!

I have had a horrible experience with getting a parcel from truffle shuffle. Both DHL and truffle shuffle are refusing to assist, I explained that I need help as I have zero access to a parcel and that DHL asked me to reach out to truffle shuffle for them to help, they will not. Truffle shuffles response have been quite absurd such as "hmmm tracking works for me" and then saying when you receive it you can return it for a refund. .....the whole point is that I can not receive it. They closed there chat when I was simply just asking for help any help. It's quite upsetting quite frankly

Human error on my part, ordered a Loungefly Purse for my wife's birthday. Accidentally typed in the wrong digit on the address, put 31 instead of 21. Occupiers at No. 31 refused delivery, fair enough, error was mine after all. But couriers was unresponsive as to where my parcel went after original delivery attempt. (The couriers we chose was the dearest for next day delivery). 1 week later after repeated failed communication between myself and the courier, I called up Truffle Shuffle and explained, they have a replacement item on the way, amended my address error and put it on another next day delivery. Wish I'd just started off my chase up with Truffle Shuffle, as they'd fixed the whole mishap in less than 5 minutes. Well done Truffle Shuffle! To quote Arnie: I'll be back!

Fantastic service from Truffle Shuffle!! Ordered Beetlejuice loungefly hoodie.Really fast delivery but unfortunately it was to large. Returned it for a exchange and in less than a week I received my new order. Excellent customer services can't recommend them enough.

The customer service equivalent of if he wanted to, he would. I received a damaged item and emailed them about it, I got a reply within 5 minutes and a replacement on my doorstep the next day.

Haven't even recieved my order yet (only Just ordered) but wanted to leave a review. Had an email to apologise for an item I had ordered no longer being available, was notified immediately and offered a replacement item to be sent out, I wanted to order another item alongside the replacement and they offered to refund the postage for that as I wasn't able to add it on. Could not have been happier with the service from Jaedon. Can't wait to recieve my items !!

Ordered several items as gifts, unfortunately when they arrived one of the mugs was in little pieces! I emailed to let them know and they sent me a replacement the same day - I wasn’t actually expecting that as it was presumably the carrier who had a whoops but it was much appreciated.
The mugs and t shirt are excellent and the recipients very pleased! I will definitely be ordering again.

Faultless
Well actually I did have one issue many years ago with a lounge fly purse where the zip broke. It was just one of those things and the response from TS was within hours and very personal!
Since then I've placed several orders and never had an issue. I've recommended friends and family to purchase on the website and again no issues! It's just faultless. I've got some more loungeflys and cakeworthy items en route!

I can't rate these guys enough! Made an order, arrived after 2 days, it's the correct item but in the wrong box, I contact Truffle Shuffle, they replied within an hour, immediately ordered a replacement and had it despatched that afternoon, it arrives 2 days later in the correct box.

Unlike majority of companies who would want the faulty item returned before they sent a replacement, Truffle Shuffle trusted me to return the faulty one upon receiving the correct item and put a free postage label in the box for me to return it to them. This was impeccable customer service! 👌

Fun and Efficient Service! Recently discovered this website (can't believe I haven't used it before now) and its is full to the brim with fandom and retro items, they had 80's stuff like Labyrinth, Pop Culture, LOTR, Disney and Loungefly etc All my fave things and I have made a few orders recently and am really impressed with the quick despatch, the fact the postage is free and the little sweets given in each package :) They also responded to a query I had by email and basically I recommend this site to anyone looking for some nostalgia or excellent quality items from tons of shows and movies. I love browsing the site and am always confident to get a quick and friendly service and know where my items are every step of the way.

I have searched all over the internet for Harry Potter uniform replicas that cater to plus sizes. Every site I found fell short on this, and then I found the Ravenclaw uniform jumper on Truffle Shuffle and ordered it! Its perfect it fits me! I have a hard time finding my size places so to find it here has made my whole year. I am so happy with it, it looks beautiful and professionally made. Its comfortable and giving and theres even a size bigger up than the one I got! So I cannot praise Truffle shuffle enough and I emplore them to increase their stocks for more Harry Potter clothing options. I would absolutely purchase everything they had.

Truffle shuffle has hands down the best customer service ever. I love this website. Any issues are always resolved really quickly. They have the best range of items for 80's babies like myself. I love their T-shirts/sweatshirts and jumpers so much. I just wish they were a little cheaper but I can't complain because their clothes are all quality, wash nicely and last a long time.

What a great website, so much choice and well priced. I’m so happy with my loungefly wallet, best deal (compared to other sites) and came within two days. I especially liked the sweet in the bag, what a nice surprise 😊. Definitely will be back

Had issue with item not turning up . Customers service dealt with it straight away, very helpful and sorted everything out . New item dispatched same day and received day after .

I had an issue with my exchange that was my fault I think I forgot to add the paperwork in. I popped my query through Facebook and was in contact with Jaedon. Very fast, professional and polite responses and couldn't do more to help. Amazing service.

I've never purchased anything on this website- I wanted an item for a friend that was out of stock in 2021 and requested to be notified on them restocking. Other than that I've had no interaction with them yet they've decided to start spamming my email. I've requested to unsubscribe and am still getting spammed so don't recommend interacting with this company at all unless you're ok with email spam.

I have used this company a few times in the past and they are always quick to deliver, but this was the first time I had to put their customer service to the test. I ordered a jumper which was too big (my fault for not checking the sizing). I sent it back asking for an exchange. It was sent at lunchtime on Thursday and by Friday early afternoon I received an email saying they had processed my return and dispatched my replacement. That’s super fast! Thank you for your great service!

Recently bought a Scream Movie Poster t-shirt and, although I love the shirt, the print has started to come off quite a lot after just one low temperature wash. Really disappointed as I love the t-shirt, I've not had any issues with any other clothing I've bought from here.

UPDATE: 3 days later and I have a brand new replacement shirt, really good service, thank you

Brought a few t-shirts from Truffle Shuffle. Cannot fault the delivery, very speedy! My only gripe is the print on the t-shirts are not great, one especially I should point out is the George Michael t-shirt - utterly appauling, his eyes are all skew-wiff making him look crossed eyed! Not impressed at all, looks awful. And now I have the pleasure in paying to send it back to Truffle Shuffle! even though it's not fit for purpose.
