Amazing knowledge and advice given at the onset of my contact with True" which has also driven me to the best products ever!! "True**Plant Protein plus Probiotics (caramel)" mixes like no other Protein Powder I have used (ps that certainly is a few ;) ). I also ordered True* "Tropical" Electrolyte 'for advanced hydration' ...so pleasantly surprised, lovely tropical flavour and guess what -no salt taste whatsoever!!! Another amazing fact was the delivery time I ordered late on a Sunday afternoon in NZ and it was at my doorstep Tues mid morning all the way from Australia !! Oh and the bonus energy bar "Mmmm yummy!". Defo on my next order, Thank you True* - you "Truely" are "Simply the Best" in so many ways and so appreciated !

Protein powder is the best and cleanest I have found. Love the flavors as they are not sickly sweet.

True protein has amazing protein powders.
Pros
- they have many options including plant based and animal protein powders
- animal based is from grass fed cows. If you buy that in store at the grocery, why not the same with powder?
- good ethics
- always a freebie happening in their monthly emails such as free hot chocolate powder, free bottle etc.
- has unique flavours that i cannot get elsewhere

I’ve tried quite a few protein powders, and this one is easily the best I’ve come across. The quality is great, especially for the price—it’s actually affordable without feeling like you’re compromising on taste or texture. Shipping was also super fast, which is always a bonus.

The vanilla flavour is my go-to. It blends really well into smoothies and pairs nicely with different fruits without overpowering them. No matter what I mix it with, it still tastes really good. Definitely a staple for me now!

I’ve tried the meal replacement shake, the protein powder, the zinc/magnesium powder and the protein bars and they are all very good. I do wish they were a bit more affordable but they are a quality product.

I have been recommended True Protein in 2023 by my dietitian when I started my health journey . She spoke well of the products, said that it is the purest and cleanest products in the market she could find and since then I only by whatever always from True Protein.
I love their WPI, I love the fact they have a sample box to try all the flavours. I love their creatine and now I have been trying their protein bar (I wish they have more flavours and also a sample box). I got a sample of the Shake and also love it (hope they can also have more flavours)
I’m also always recommending True Protein to friends and acquaintances.

I've tried the choc peanut butter and the chocolate shakes and they are yummy! And the delivery is as fast as you can get so what else would we want?

I am always skeptical with protein powders not only for the quality of the content but the flavour. I have been burnt in the past with horrendous taste and poor quality overall.
I bought a pack with samples and a full size pack of the lose weight protein in raw coconut flavour. I was not disappointed! So positively surprised. The taste is amazing and the quality is good. It actually has a very low sugar and carb count (for those in a keto diet). I will not hesitate to purchase again, it is worth to pay more for thr quality.

Ive just started the true protein journey and am very impressed so far. My weight and blood sugar readings have stabilised and that makes me very happy. As well im not snacking on unhealthy foods

It’s great to find an Australian protein powder brand that really puts pure natural ingredients as first priority.
In addition to having a simple ingredients list the flavours also taste great and blend well. Good for a shake or adding to recipes!
(Tip: they only have one sale a year- Black Friday, so make the most of it!)
