I am truly enjoying the WPC 90 and the BCAA 4:1:1 and I am sure that I will always be re-ordering.
I still have my pancakes to make but I'm sure to like them.
There was a quick turnaround on the missing 'promised' samples on my delivery - in less than 1 week my samples came in the mail.

best natural tasting protein ever... strawberry is tasty as with a strong flavour ...vanilla is good .. but the flavour didn't pop a much... and choc mint.... I haven't opened yet😜.... plus my calves grew an inch from the potency !! Is that weird?😀

Best Ever!!!
Not only are the products amazing (best I have EVER tried) but customer service is second to none. I needed some assistance with my latest order and the service was beyond helpful. Have to say, right after posting this True Protein followed up with a phone call and I appreciate their candor and acknowledgement that some things haven't been as great as hoped and that they are working to remedy the issues ASAP. Looks like they're still the true grassroots company just with shinier branding.
Have loved True Protein since the beginning but I'm starting to wonder what's going on behind the scenes. I understand the need to rebrand but it seems that some decisions in the process aren't making sense from a consumer perspective including shaker bottles that are slippery to grip when full and lids that don't fit on the old ones and also that it's now very difficult to figure out what flavour of protein is in each bag as there is only a small dot on the bottom to indicate this. I'm starting to wonder if the grassroots protein company that everyone loves is starting to grown beyond what people fell in love with to begin with - simplicity and quality.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. As discussed on the phone, we are just as disappointed as you regarding our latest shaker lids not being compatible with the old shakers (it was an oversite by us). We've already decided to revert back to the original shakers as everyone in the office prefers the original shakers. We are also in the process of reviewing the bag design to ensure determining flavours is easy.
