SCAMMER!!!!! Stay away from that place bunch of scam artists I ordered three shirts got the wrong size and the material was in poor quality.
Try to contact customer service got no response.

I ordered pack of 3 shirts following the sizing measurements although they were too tight. Unfortunately they were on sale so they couldn't be exchanged. They worked with me, gave me a discount for another purchase and ended up offering to send me one for free since I wasn't pleased. Overall, the design is great. After getting correct size, they fit perfect.

Shirts look great and have lots of stretch. Fit runs slim so size up.

TruForm is amazing, an amazing product, and amazing service…I had placed an order and I got the size wrong, and without question, they are sending 3 new sizes..I will be a lifetime shopper as well as referring a ton of business over to them!!

I made my first order with these guys and I didn’t realise I ordered 2 XS shirts and 1 L, I meant to order 3 large shirts but it was too late by the time I noticed and my items already shipped. I contacted the customer service email and after letting them know what happened they offered to let me keep all the shirts and they would ship the 2 XS shirts again but as a L that I needed with no cost to me.

Great customer service , the L I did order fits perfectly I’m 5ft 8 and 180lbs pretty muscled with around 9-10% BF and it really brings out my whole shape while really complimenting the slim waist.

I can’t wait to order more !

Trueform is an amazing company. They have a huge selection of clothes and their materials are extremely soft. Their customer service team is amazing and Ava is an absolute asset to trueform. They got back to me extremely quick, and always helpful. The shirt I received was a lot nicer than I expected and I’m very happy happy with this business. I will continue to use them and recommend them to my family and friends.

Awful products - very poor quality coupled with even worse customer service.

I have had to email them 5 times and threaten to request my credit card company with challenging them in order to get my refund.

Avoid at all costs and they are awful!

I tried to return the items that did not fit within the relevant return window but the customer service team stopped replying to my emails when I tried to confirm what level of refund I was entitled to. It has now been six days since their last response, to which I have sent three follow ups since to resolve the matter. Very disappointing

Leaving a review here since there website won’t allow me to leave a review there to warn people! The first version was decent once you figured out Chinese sizing is wrong and you have to size down. Went to make another order and I get the version 2 that fits like shit and this time you need to size up. They like adding these details after the ordering section so if you don’t go past the order section you won’t see there crappy fine print. It's over priced for what you're getting. Plus they haven't responded to my email from last week. I need to contact my card company to file a claim. Don’t waste the money on something you can get on Amazon for a fraction of the price

The quality of the clothes is excellent and the customer service was even better.
I made a small mistake with my order (picked the wrong size for one of my shirts) and they sorted it out straight away. The replacement arrived quickly and in time for my event.

Communication was clear and friendly throughout, and I always knew what was happening with my order.
The shirts fit really well and genuinely look better than anything I’ve bought in stores.

Would definitely order again.

I know most people only drop bad reviews here, so I figured I’d share my positive experience. My first order from this company was pretty much like what others have said: bad sizing, regular quality (Short Sleeve Muscle Dress Shirt). But their customer service was solid (at least to me). They offered a free exchange and a discount code for later...which I honestly didn’t plan on using.

The rep told me they had updated the fabric blend and fixed sizing issues, and was upfront that their shirts aren’t great for bigger guys. Something they didn’t make clear on the site before but I see they do now. My replacement shirt showed up in 6 days. My first one took 16 days, so I’m guessing it came from overseas. The new shirt finally fit perfectly and solid quality for the price. For reference, I’m 5'9, 165, lean/muscular.

I ended up using my coupon, got my next shirts in about the same time, and was happy again with the quality. Long story short, they didn’t start off great, but they definitely tried to make it right with me, and I appreciate that.

Ordered three pairs of shorts based on the extremely misleading adverts on social media. After more than a week I got an email saying a courier in China had received instruction to ship my shorts. After more than a week more, nothing had happened. I contacted the company and asked to cancel the order. I received a quick response saying they would do their best, then nothing for more than two weeks. When I chased again I was informed they would issue the refund. Two months later, after numerous chasers and eventually a threat to go to the ombudsmen, I finally received a refund.

I've just purchased shirts from them for $61.00 and I haven't received a tracking number to track my order. Then, when I when to their website to put in my order number, it stated it could not be found. I'm afraid they have taken my money and is fraud. Please, do not purchase nor be persuaded by the people in the ads running on social media as I did. I don't know if they're AI generated or what. Don't fall for it.

Bought items advertised on Internet. Arrived but not quality advertised. Despite saying can get a full refund within 30days I have had nothing but stalling emails. I just want a full refund but offering every thing but. Don’t buy anything from this company.

Just read another customer's comments and could not agree more (shocking customer experience) - it seems like a good product (they did not have the right leg length) so I took the decision to return the items. Since then, unbelievably pathetic customer service. They have engaged in one stalling tactic after another.
Just contacted my credit card company and they have refunded me and are now carrying out their own investigation on the merchant.

The products are incredible and the customer service that I received was beyond amazing.

I made a mistake in my ordering of one of my 3 shirts and they were quick to rectify the issue and promptly sent me the shirt I required in time for my wedding.

I honestly vouch for their products and experienced professional, continuous communication and updates throughout the ordering process and the rectification of my mistake.

As soon as I wanted to return an item, all communication has stopped. I give up. I admit, they have broken me. They have my money and are playing the no contact game.
