Very pleased with the cut & the cloth of the Gatsby suit which I purchased for my son's prom. After waisting many hours suit shopping I gave online ordering a try. The images you see are a true representation of the garment. My initial order was too large. I was given advice on how to exchange for another size. Within 3 days I had the replacement which fits perfectly. Customer service was good. Would definitely purchase again.

The overall quality is good. It worth the price. Shipping is super fast! But there is a very worst point of failure.. the waistcoat pockets are fake!! I have read other reviews about this problem but I thought was a mistake! I asked to support but they couldn't help me. It's a real shame, they make beautiful vintage clothes, very fast shipping, exceptional services and then they don't make pockets where they should be in this kind of suit... it's like build cars without one wheel!

As we weren’t sure about suit sizes for our 16 year old, we ordered 2 with the intention of sending one back after trying them both for size. They arrived quickly and were both really good quality suits. Delighted with the one we kept hold of and returning the other was straightforward and a refund promptly received. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Unfortunately the suit had flaws in the Jacket. I have returned as defective . I didn’t expect this from a quality suit. I have asked for an exchange as the suit is lovely. Provided the exchange goes smoothly I will then up the star status.

Ordered this suit on the Friday arrived the Monday! It’s absolutely stunning. Beautifully packaged so pleased the quality is outstanding! Can’t recommend this company high enough. They emailed to ask about delivery how it arrived & when etc. you won’t be disappointed ordering suits from here. Would give more stars if we could!

Suits seem to be well priced and of a high standard.
Constant communication throughout the ordering and delivery process puts your mind at ease.

Ordered one day delivery and paid extra (ordered after 4pm on Thursday but still should be expected to arrive on Saturday) and it didn’t arrive on time. Packaging was broken at the bottom but didn’t affect the items. The delivery driver didnt even wait one minute after knocking on my door, almost left before someone got my package. Not ok at all. Won’t order from this company again. Really unfair. Couldn’t track my package through the app the have set up - no idea why? I did everything correctly because other orders were tracked. Very disappointed and will return the items because I needed the to arrive earlier and not later than expected and don’t need them anymore.

I ordered two thobes in black and white color, however white one was dirty. I requested an exchange and was given a voucher for shipping it back. However, instead of an exchange I was refunded the charges although I wanted the thobe not the payment / refund. Black thobe is good quality though.

My item came on time and not damaged at all. It’s great quality and fits perfectly.

Really disappointed as lovely waistcoat, but there were so many faults. The waistcoat arrived in a black bag with no interior packaging to keep it safe and so it was extremely creased. A button was missing, the tie at the back was sewn into the lining, and there were a lot of loose strands. And payment to return a faulty item seems particularly unhelpful.
