Not too bad for the products themselves but the bottle sprayer and lids on their spray cans are terrible.
The monkey juice spray bottle leaks all over your hands and the silicone spritz can sprays out the side of the lid as well as out the nozzle. Unless I just have a bad batch?

Very disappointed with the mystery box
Very disappointed with the large mystery box I received yesterday.
I think you really need to ask customers a few more questions before sending these out, simple things like whether they run tubeless or tubed tyres would make a big difference. As it stands, I’ve received a lot of items that just aren’t suitable for my setup, and some of it looks like stock that’s been sitting on the shelf for a while.
There’s no Grime Guard included, just basic cleaning products, and not even any brushes. Instead, I’ve ended up with a cheap bike lock and a saddle bag, which makes no sense for what I actually need or what you advertise to be in the boxes!
Overall, it feels very poor value for money and, honestly, quite misleading. Looking at other feedback on Facebook, it seems like this is a common experience. Don’t go for it you will regret it!

Excellent customer service
I had a large order of Christmas presents from Tru-Tension. There was a delay due to stock issues, they were very responsive when I enquired about the delay and marked my order for express delivery, as I had a deadline to meet.
The parcel arrived on-time, unfortunately the DPD drive threw it at the ground outside my house, which split some of the contents, which meant I couldn't gift them as planned.
I complained to DPD and reported it to Tru-Tension. Again, their excellent customer service shone threw as they shipped replacements within days. EXCELLENT customer service, will definately use them again

Great service from Tru-Tension
I haven't used this company before so I was a little apprehensive but I needn't have worried. I placed my standard order for a small mystery box on Wednesday and it has been delivered today - Sunday. This is great delivery service and I think the fastest delivery I have received, especially during this busy Christmas period. I appreciate it is a mystery box and with mystery boxes anywhere, such as A or the lost property ones you can buy, they are always a gamble and should be treated as such - the fun is seeing what is inside them. However, I haven't opened it because whatever is in there would be a total mystery for me as I am not a biker so I wouldn't know whether its contents are good or not so good - its a stocking filler for someone. The box measures 230X300X90 so a little larger than I was expecting too. Very pleased with service, the packaging, the box and whatever is in there, and I am sure the recipient will be pleased too. Thank you to the team at Tru-Tension.

Just received my grime guard and cleaning kits (bought one for me and one as a gift) all seems good except that there are no rivets included with the Grime Guards to join the top and bottom sections together, therefore they are unusable.

Ok so I have bought the heavy duty rain cover for my scooter. I bought a medium to cover my Vespa GTS300 with medium flatscreen and back rest should any
Of you scooter riders need an indication regarding what size to buy. The quality is fab better than my lightweight Oxford. It was sat out last Night in the rain not a problem whatsoever. Only wish was I had gone for large just to give extra ground cover as part of the front wheel and back are exposed. But that’s nothing to do with the company.
