Our broad band drops out consistently 4 loss of complete service in 15 months plus a router change but still constant issues when it happens you have to wait a week for an engineer to visit we had an engineer visit yesterday he was here 3 hours after we waited 4 days he said new parts put in street and assured us that all was fixed stupidity we fell for his lies as today the very same fault in the street shut down our service today and Trooli can’t give a date for a fix
We’ve had enough of being lied to and not fit for purpose broad band drops
Don’t believe the lies and promises you’ll definitely regret going with Trooli don’t do it Trooli do not have adequate customer support to deal with loss of service no weekend or bank holiday technicians you have to wait over a week to get help
Whilst Trooli portray fast reliable service all that glitters is not gold we really regret getting involved with them they are Trooli terrible

Moving house and the lady moving to my house wanted to know what provider we was with. Told her Trooli. They rang me to confirm so they could do a switchover and Connor managed to sort it all out for both of us. He was fab. Love Trooli literally never had an issue with them.

Okay update Trooli listened to my complaint abou the internet dropping of to 10% or disconnecting. For 12 hours my internet was flying and connected with low latency. this morning ,some one has changed the settings back so I am on a congested highway ! I AM NOT GETTING WHAT I PAID FOR . NOT GOOD.

AMY was very helpful on the phone and provided quick clear answers.
As always it is frustrating that an established customer has to go through the process of challenging a renewal price when it is higher than that offered to a new sign up.That said Trooli have otherwise been excellent as a provider and i would recommend them to anyone.

Really quick from the time infrastructure was put in to getting the service. The fitter was in an unmarked van. He was quick and professional, although not chatty.
Speed went from 60 Mbps to 250 and my son got 350mbps on a lan connection. He was pleased. WiFi is a bit patchy though. Its a shame you cant turn off the lights in the modem. It looks like one of wall-e's mates needing to go to the gp.

I had never heard of them until someone turned up to do a 'survey' in our garden. He had an ID card which was out of date by 4 months.
On calling the Kingshill centre I was informed by a truculent Gen Z that this was perfectly acceptable.
When asked why They had not contacted us beforehand he said they didn't have a contact number. I suggested that since they had found the address they could perhaps have written?
Not impressed. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid

I signed up to Trooli and was informed i had a TUP (which would generally delay the process somewhat)
I reached out to customer service and spoke to an onboarding agent named Molly.
She was empathetic, had a customer first mindset and went out of her way to provide me with clear instructions, timeframes and advice around the process.
She then was in touch via email to check that all the work had been completed, provided me further advice when the engineer ran into an issue, rectified that and again, emailed me to keep me updated.

My call was answered promptly by Connor Wise. Connor was very courteous, polite and helpful which is a rarity these days.
Connor made it easy for me to sign up with Trooli and helped select the best service for me. Unfortunately the installation date is a few weeks away, but Connor has put me on the list if a date comes up sooner.
He has also given £30 credit to my neighbour who recommended Trooli and £15 for me which is great, happy customer 😊
