My contract was coming to an end and I had lost my account details. I wasn’t sure what to do.
I simply contacted Trooli and received a timely response from a lady named Amy, who is a Sales and retentions Advisor.
Having now retired and no longer working from home, I queried whether I need the same package. Amy was very understanding, helpful and in my opinion, very honest
I downgraded my package to suit my needs. I believe Amy provided me with a great service leaving me with peace of mind for another two years.

Installation was brilliant. Graeme was here for a couple of hours and was excellent. No mess. Nice guy and made it all very easy. The speed ifs so fast. Over 600. Unbelievable.

I was called by Trooli about their services and decided to progress once I realised they had a buy out scheme. Normally I don't pay any attention to sales calls but I've been thinking about full fibre options for a while. The phone operator was very helpful, waited patiently whilst I verified the number he called from with trooli directly, and was very helpful throughout the 30 min call. I felt reassured by his approach and was grateful for his excellent customer service.
Time will tell about the actual broadband service itself, but customer service at this stage was excellent.

Five stars for Trooli and one star for my dog who has chewed through six fibre-optic cables despite the engineers coming up with fantastic ways to prevent it. The customer service has been amazing. The repairs have all been super speedy and the engineers have been so lovely. I couldn’t recommend Trooli enough and I’ve got to know most of them🤣🤣

Very simple process from start to end, ordering, installation, and subsequent very good speeds. Have added a TP-Link Deco X55 mesh system and have 500Mbps all throughout the house - massive upgrade from the 50Mbps we had from BT previously.

Best internet company I have ever had. Not once in my 2 year contract did I need to ring trooli with any complaints or worrys. Internet only dropped out once but that was a major south of England outage and then they sent text apologising. I have now just renewed my contract for another 2 years same speed and monthly payments for speed cheaper than my last contract big shout out to Sacha. 5* trooli.

After my renewal notice was emailed from 'no-reply at marketing.trooli.com' and went straight to my Junk folder, I was emailed advising that I was going to be paying an 'out of contact' price unless I renewed.
The prices quoted initially were higher than advertised on their website for new customers and only discounted when challenged.
No issues with the internet service I have received over the last few years, just a disappointing customer service received from Trooli at renewal.

Awful provider.
The engineers are the best part of this company, genuine people who actually want to help you, I saw them far too often.
Weeks of chasing outages, never had a response to an email and have to cancel your bill just to get compensation for the 30+ days with of outages in 2 years!
There is a reason the customer services team don’t have a phone number!
Stay clear, well clear!

Had no internet for a week. Reported this and was told I would have an engineers within 3 days. Was given an appointment 6 days later. Then the night before received an email saying how the engineer attended and all was working. Great if it were true. No engineer, no internet and no appointment. Called Trooli who first said the issue was a local outage, then it wasn’t that in fact an engineer had attended, without going to my house and repaired a splitter which I don’t have and had closed the job. The engineers don’t work for Trooli and they can’t call them to get an appointment but if I waited in they maybe would call to an appointment that was cancelled to do a job that no longer existed on the system. If you want a mess that only Trump could rival go to Trooli. Trooli useless.

The worst internet provider I have ever experienced! The contract I am on is called Trooli FTTP 500mbps broadband. I can barely use my phone on the WiFi to play video. I have just tested the speed on the which? website and it confirmed the internet speed is slow. It is not worth £30 a month.

Lost Internet Friday afternoon no engineers work weekends. Wednesday now engineers are ment to arrive this morning.
Way to long with no Internet.
Customer service was no help at all.
No care.
