Kept my cards and I never got paid

Zero communication after many weeks. Sent cards in to with a buylist order. Tracking says they picked it up from their PO box. Never received the payment and never got my cards back. Order now says "canceled". sent multiple emails and called their number many times and have yet to speak to ANYONE!
