In 2020 we ordered an expensive custom…

In 2020 we ordered an expensive custom sofa at Trivetts in Fredericksburg VA. It took months to get the sofa, but once we had it we were very happy. Now the microfiber fabric is failing already in a 2 person household and it is impossible to get in touch with either Trivetts or England via website, phone or FB. Absolutely poor after sale service. All I want to find out is what can be done and if the fabric is available so can order new covers. My next stop will be BBB.
