I would highly warn against buying…

I would highly warn against buying anything from this company without carefully consideration.

In the summer of 2019 I ordered a large Weinor Pergola awning. It arrived late August 2019.

However after unpacking the awning it became apparent, that it was broken inside. As a normal EU consumer you have 7 days to report any hidden damages occurred in transport, and I did this the following day.

This should have been a simple matter of Triumph Terrassendach claiming insurance from their shipping agent "Emons". BUT that never happened.

Instead Triumph refused to help me in any way. Actually they pushed their lawyer on me, sending me a letter to scare me off. I have never experience such an unprofessional behavior.

In the mean time I received photographic evidence from the shipping company in Denmark, showing that the awning was wrongly transported when arriving in Denmark.

As I had bought the awning with transportation included to my doorstep, Triump was responsible for the transport. Again no offer to help me. Also meanwhile I had contacted Emons the shipping agent, who told me that they would only talk to Triumph and not me. I have a strong suspicion that Triumph shipped the awning with little or no insurance.

After several letters between my lawyer and the Triumph lawyer, it became apparent that the only solution would be to bring them to court.
I decided in the end for a visit to Weinor HQ in Köln and following talks to a serious Danish Weinor partner, I have now managed to get my awning working in March 2020.

My conclusion is - never ever do any business with Triumph Terrassendach! They will not help you if they fail with your delivery. Also I would be very concerned if they would help you out in case you claim warranty issues later.
