Bought a trisuit which delivered by Royal mail, the suit went missing on delivery and when i confronted TRI UK with this they washed there hands of it, very very frustrated and customer service department didn't want to know!! they said take it up with RM your self as as far as there concerned it was delivered...
Never again will i buy from them, very poor response when your spending money!!

Great customer service. After purchasing a tri package online, I followed up with a number of phone calls and found all departments that dealt with my queries were brilliant. They were very helpful with the delivery and held off sending it out until I confirmed someone would be in to receive the item. The item was dispatched and in my parents garage within 15 hours!! Will definitely use again 👍

On Saturday I went back to Tri UK to buy my third pair of Mizuno running shoes. The customer service is fantastic, a lovely lady called Heidi met me as I came through the door with a big smile and made me feel very welcome. I had booked to use the treadmill analytics to find the right pair of shoes, which I had done twice before so knew what to expect. Heidi was fantastic all the way through, excplained everything in great detail and including what all the results meant for each pair of shoes when I got off the treadmill. She also tried me in several extra pairs of shoes to see if we could top the fit of the previous pair (which were already really good). We found that a completely different shoe produced some even better results, I was delighted. Heidi really knew her stuff, and at no point during trialling the shoes was the any pressure whatsoever to buy them. Once we had found the right pair, I was sold, the service was just excellent and for that reason alone I wouldn't buy shoes from anywhere else. 10/10 service, I will always be a customer :)

I had a good customer experience at TRI UK at Glasgow Fort. A few tweaks were required to the braking system on my sons Mekk Volante and this was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Daniel Logue in the service department.

Bought an entry level bike for my son - had a few teething troubles with it, Max and team totally fixed up the bike, including new rear wheel no problem. Great service would definitely recommend.
Most of the merchandise is pretty high end (so expect the prices to reflect this) but I noticed swim googles (good brands) way cheaper than speedo equivalents in town. I go through a lot of goggles and loose them so I'm always in need of replacements. By the way, there's a tank you try out wetsuits in - where else can you do that?

My first experience of Tri UK was in January where I purchased a tri package. I had an amazing bike fit with Max and was really happy with my kit. Unfortunately me and the bike didn't gel and i found that I was probably more suited to a road bike set up than what I had purchased. After much thought and agonizing I considered pulling out of the race I had signed up to in June as it didn't seem possible. I decided to contact the store for advice and spoke to Christian who was really helpful. I was offered the opportunity to changr the bike to one more suitable for me. So again I drove 2 and a half hrs to get there to have a 2nd great bike fit with Max. I am more than happy with my bike and the service given. I couldn't have asked for more. Very knowledgeable staff and everyone is so friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service at all. Thanks everybody

I've now dealt with TRIUK on 3 bikes in the last 6-8mths and can report total satisfaction from enquiry to purchase.

The backing behind the sales process (warranty) has been the same supreme service with excellent communication all the way through.

I drive 200+ miles each time I visit the team waking at 05:00 each time and can honestly say it's worth it. If you're in the area definitely pop in, but given the candy on show you may want to leave the credit card in the car, at least this way you have a 2 min walk to self justify the purchase before getting home ;)

Visited at the start of the month to pick up my new Cervelo and have a bike fit. Bit nervous but staff were excellent and put me straight at ease. They were all very friendly, cheerful, helpful and most importantly very knowledgeable. How I only left the shop with a bike I have no idea with all the various sporting items for sale and the Cafe is definitely worth a visit. Would definitely recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed. Thanks to all the staff for their help during my visit.

OK - they did tell me that my planned bike was in stock and after a 2 hr drive it turns out it was not, but they then offered me a FANTASTIC bargain on a better bike, fitted me to it et al. All in all they are an honest, impressive gang and there is a good reason I drive a long way to shop there, TU

We have had fantastic service from Triuk. We had a problem with a wetsuit and they went above and beyond, replacing it for us. The staff are really friendly and have great knowledge. The extensive choice across the three disciplines made our 2 hour journey down to the shop worth while. But we are looking forward to the new shop opening in Oxford!

I recently bought a new wetsuit at Triuk Yeovil. David, who helped me with the purchase, was brilliant. Having broken my arm a few months ago, he gave me lots of hints on how to put the wetsuit on given the current weakness in my hand and wrist. I found this store great - lots of choice, very helpful staff and a swimming pool to try out the wetsuit if required.

I visited Triuk this morning to buy a wetsuit for an up and coming triathlon. I received great service and advice on equipment. Big thanks to David who helped me this morning, I even came away with some new shoes and pedals for my bike. Speaking to David, he is a volunteer firefighter, great to see how local businesses support the community.

I just wanted to write and thank you for your great service today for my bike fit and tri package put together. It was excellent and unlike some other bike shops I have visited you weren't bike snobs who looked down their nose at me. You knew exactly what I was after and tailored the products to suit me.

Last year I had an opportunity to get down to the Triuk shop in Yeovil, Somerset due to a friend getting a great deal on a set of wheels and a bike fit. Of course I took my bike and boy am I glad I did. While wondering around the shop, every employee there kept asking myself questions and making suggestions. I was even given a short route to ride while I was awaiting my friend. The free information that was given improved my time over a 100 mile ride by over 15 minutes. That's what you call customer satisfaction.... Because of the kind and knowledgeable people that work there, my cycling has become more comfortable, faster and most importantly enjoyable. A chance meeting with one of their riders/ employees by the name of Dan while he was in London and had a small mechanical problem is what led to this, imagine a simple inner tube has created an everlasting friendship. He'd had a bit of bad luck with punctures that day and I happened to have exactly what he needed 80mm valves inner tubes to get him where he was going. I even get the odd message via social media to see how I am and when I'm coming back to the area again. Plus one last thing, If you're anywhere in the region you can't do better than visiting the triuk shop, ask for Dan and tell him Mr. O.G sent you. You won't regret it. Ride safe, ride strong....

Been into tri uk afew times for various bike bits and clothing recently and have always been helped brilliantly. Last time i was helped out by one of the lads in there called dan i believe and he was great in advising me on what best suited my needs and what i required as i was just starting out on my road bike.

I will happily be going back there for more bits in the near future.

As you may gather from my title this certainly isn't my LBS.

However, for me it's worth the 200 mile trip for a number of reasons:-
1. Very knowledgeable, friend staff.
2. Fantastic selection of bikes, clothing and facilities (great cafe).
3.Great customer service.
4. Loads of parking.
5. Unbelievable deals on bikes.

I've purchased two high end road bikes from Tri UK over the years and will continue to use them in the future. My first bike was purchased back in 2013, not only did they offer a fantastic deal on the bike of my choice (Giant TCR) but provided a full fitting included in the price.

Unfortunately this bike was crashed recently and written off. When it came to purchasing a replacement Tri UK was my first port of call and, again they were fantastic, offering a very competitive deal on a Giant Propel including a fitting service which I have to say the guys stayed on past closing hours to perform due to the distance I had travelled. (Cheers Dan and Co)

If your in the market for a new bike, clothing etc I would highly recommend Tri UK great staff, good coffee, brilliant service.
