Tritex Games is owned and independently run by Jason Thornton. I have personally been involved in gaming circles for over three decades and have a true passion for the gaming hobby and all things sci-fi & fantasy. I always enjoyed playing games when I was younger but there was never a great range out there to play so I usually played the classics such as Risk and Monopoly. When I was a teenager I discovered Dungeons and Dragons and roleplayed for a number of years. In my early 20’s I got into playing collectable card games such as MTG and around this time I also learned to play other specialist games and was introduced to war gaming. I have always preferred playing shorter skirmish games such as Blood Bowl rather than larger scale battles and when WOTC introduced Dungeons & Dragons and Star Wars miniature games I played these for a while. I started up Tritex Games in 2004 as I found there was a need for a store that focused on supplying a large selection of fantasy and sci-fi miniatures for war gaming and roleplaying. The range has been growing ever since. In 2013 Fantasy Flight Games launched X-Wing miniatures and this game along with other popular miniature titles they produced such as Star Wars Imperial Assault and Star Wars Armada have become a core part of our range ever since. Tritex Games couldn’t be run without the help of a great team and I am fortunate to have the support of a great team my wife Bethany, Megann, Sandra, Sarah, Keyleigh, Joseph working alongside me. During the busy seasons and at trade shows my daughter Amber and a number of other staff come to work for us on a part-time basis and help us keep the orders flying out the door as fast as they come in. In 2017 we opened a new retail unit in Stafford for tabletop gaming and organising play.

Responded to an issue with great customer service.
Following an issue with delivery Jason worked with me to rectify the situation so that in the end we came to an acceptable conclusion.
Have used Tritex Games regularly as a trusted seller, and will continue to do so.

They have my country listed as shipping available and when I made the puchase they canceled it. Ive lost money on my country taxes.

This is the same customer who left the last review - we do not sell top his country and we do not know how he managed to purchase from Argentina we refunded him in full straight away so he should not lose money. He has created a new Trustpilot account just to leave us 2 bad reviews which demonstrates that he has methods of getting around legitimate blocks to his country and account. We will report this to Trustpilot.
Avoid
I placed an order on a game and after I paid for it, their representative said they cannot deilvery to my country. Now I have to deal with the refund with my bank, wich is gonna cost me money on taxes and almost a month of time.
Bad bad experience. Do not recommend.

We cannot ship to Argentina, We have had so many parcels go missing to South America it is crazy and lost more money than we have sent out due to the poor postal systems in those countries. Our site does not permit purchases to South America so not sure how the buyer managed it but we cancelled and refunded all the money immediately. I cannot understand how the buyer says he will lose money or why he felt the need to leave a 1 star review when we have acted honourably here and been very open with the buyer.

Stopped by the store for the first time ever on my way through Stafford after hearing about them on the Gamers Guild YouTube channel. Was greeted a really wonderful and friendly team who were not only really helpful but very friendly, chatty and personable. I’ll definitely be back to play some MCP here soon!
