Package arrived on time and in good condition.

I had no problems from company or with my order. The only thing I wish is they had consitant format on all products. A lot time weight is missing from the specs.

Items fairly easy to find. Buying process painless. Only issues were that items I wanted were sold out (all color options on X-LAB aero bottle setup) during July 4th sale and then right back in stock shortly after sale ended. Also, have the 'over $x' discount codes auto-populate if I buy over that amount instead of me having to log out and back in to see the code on the first page.

Spiz Energy chocolate has been a good addition to my cycling and daily nutrition. At age 64 I'm not a tri athlete nor a hard core cyclist but like the energy and meal supplement it provides.

The Profile Design T-3 aero replacement bars I ordered were perfect and included bar-plugs. They arrived faster than advertised. This allowed me to change my wrist angle for a more relaxed position while down on the bars. I am now considering ordering new arm pad kit as well, and will definitely order from TriSports.con in the future.

Altho the TriSports website offers many choices of bikes, my selection and subsequent purchase turned out to be unavailable. I was told via email I could either get a refund or upgrade to a higher level bike for $400 more. I went for the upgrade but was told in two separate phone calls that the new bike would arrive in either 1 week or 3 weeks, depending on the call. This is my first experience with TriSports and I hope things improve. It would be helpful if stock levels could be shown on the web site to avoid this kind of thing.

I have not used the product yet due to shoulder injury. The product seems to be a bit heavy to wear on the leg. Will see how it works when I take it for a swim. I am a long distance open water swimmer. My swims last somtimes 2-4 hours non-stop. I bought this product for increased safety. At any rate, in terms of your service, it has been excellent. Easy to shop and place an order. Kudos

Amazon could not find the product I ordered, although it was on their website! TriSport delivered the product, no hassles!!!
