Would want emails regarding my destinations.
Your site has not been any help to me. My emails consistently have been HNL to HNL. Why would I want to go to and from Honolulu? I would be looking for flights from Sky Harbor International airport in Phoenix and my destinations would be 1) Honolulu - Hawaii 2) Portland, Maine 3) St. Thomas 4) Dallas, Tx 5) St Croix 6) Belize 7) Puerto Rico 8) Alaska 9) The Carribean. I'm sure you get the idea.

Excellent Service
I was impressed with tripbase's timeous smses informing me of my flight schedule. I will definitely recommend purchasing tickets from tripbase to all my friends. I was just disappointed with luggage allowance on my return trip.

payment procedures is difficult
you should add more banks or agencies to ease the payment for ticket, I have booked several times for my family during the end of the year but reaching to the process of payment I was unable to print out the tickets because there no nearest bank to pay for the cost of the ticket which make me not to process the payment
