I had a disappointing experience with TripAdvisor that I feel compelled to share, especially for those considering using this platform for their travel needs. Recently, my tours were unexpectedly canceled without any prior notice, leaving me and my clients in a difficult situation.

To make matters worse, the supplier account I worked with on viator account deactivated by TripAdvisor's and Viator their safety and trust team, without any explanation or warning. This abrupt action not only undermined our collaboration but also blocked the payment for our services. TripAdvisor informed the us that they wouldn't release the payments unless there were future bookings, I don't know who when they deactivate our account which is absurd.

It's concerning to see a platform that claims to prioritize customer and supplier relationships act in such an unprofessional manner. I strongly advise anyone considering using TripAdvisor, whether as a client or a supplier, to think twice. There seems to be a serious lack of trust and support for those who rely on their services.

Be cautious and consider alternative platforms that value transparency and communication.

I posted a review regarding changes at the hotel Pez Espada which Trip adviser asked me to alter I did not so the post never appeared so much for impartiallity

Be careful as there some fake tripadvisors agents asking for money for bookings. but excellent service

Before TripAdvisor we were guessing and depending on comercial ads. Now we know and the knowledge is coming from us, travelers

TripAdvisor owns a shuttle company called "Viator" which I signed up and paid for a shuttle MCO to Port Canaveral. The webiste of Viator specifically says "Free cancellation if made 24 hours in advance for most bookings". Being that I've only used them ONCE and my trip is NOT refundable I'd call this false advertising!!! So they said in Terms and Conditions is said absolutely not refundable but why would I read that when the Viator website said it was refundable. I cancelled 10 days in advance. VERY VERY POOR Customer Service!!!!

Yes! This is great site for the travelers!Last year I was in Europe for 2 month. I have seen the Trip reviews and rented hotels within reasonable prices.. Really works well

Would like to understand why TripAdvisor changed my username from Turista Profissional to Turista Viaja. And don't write to me saying because I use little of TripAdvisor because it's not true. Shame on you

Tripadvisor cannot stand bad criticism. I had reviewed Tripadvisor condemning their website for promoting fraudulent brands, such as AMOMA.COM, next to reliable ones. But they reported the review and was put down by Trustpilot.

Trip Advisor became a fundamental tool for all my travel plannings. It is a wealth of information! Also it is a pleasure to contribute myself with my evaluations.

I used this American company because America is well-known for its Customer Care. TripAdvisor only uses FlipKey to deliver the keys and FlipKey has a lot of links online that abort any proactive communication, FlipKey only has a phone number, no email and no active communication. So that FlipKey hears no complaints... Everything is just fine for FlipKey! Watch out! Because in the real world you will face serious problems and FlipKey won't give your money back as promised.

Whenever I'm thinking about traveling, I always use this site to see others people opinions and then decide whether or not it's worth the visit.

TripAdvisor is one of the most helpful tools, for travelers, that I know. I use it all the time.
