i would put no stars if i could. shit google ads to trick you to click the link to begin with. there is absolutely no need for a third party for fast track with airports. and then a few days later tried to charge me nearly 100 euro for nothing and no reason. if it wasn't for revolut blocking it, they would have charged me 100 euro for absolutely nothing. don't use it

I am reporting this company to trading standards and the AGM in the Netherlands. I purchased only fast track tickets for Palma airport. I wasn’t asked or informed that I would need to subscribe. As soon as I realised I had not purchased the tickets directly with Palma airport I contacted them to cancel and for a full refund. I discovered several days later they have taken £70 from my account. I have checked all emails and I don’t have one email to say I have subscribed to trip sorted or that they were taking this money. I have contacted customer service and they will not give me a refund. Please stay clear of this company. They are shady and not to be trusted.

“Outcome feels like a scam”. Purchased a “one off” airport fast track and the experience was poor and actually much more expensive, in hindsight, than the airport would charge. Then to subsequently find out that through their mass of words / policy and tick the box you get charged a €98 annual subscription which I didn’t want or know this was the case. Dispute continues. Stay away.

No server accessible, 504 error, .... but payment received !!!!
So payed with no fast track obtained meaning illegal.
Pas de server accessible, erreur 504 ou Application error... bref paiement effectué et rien de reçu... Donc du vol

Very poor communication, ended up with 79 euro subscription when buying two fast track tickets ,read the small print and don’t assume anything.

I had the exact same experience as Victoria in November 2025 (see her review for details). I also thought I have purchased just a one-time fastlane ticket, but in addition, it apparently came along with a subscription I had no idea of. I was surprised to see an additional charge coming through of € 79. I immediately called the Trip Sorted customer desk and I was able to cancel the subscription (got an email confirmation), but unfortunately too late to get a refund of the € 79, as a 72 hour trial (which I also was not aware of) had lapsed. I believe "trip sorted" should be a lot clearer in their communication as people clearly do not realize that they purchased a subcription. So as a traveller/customer, you really are left with a feeling of being deceived and not treated in an ethical manner. I hope that people read this review and not make the same mistake that I did, and that thee Trip Sorted team/organisation learn that this is not the way to treat people.
Update 9 March 2026: i saw the reaction of Astrid of Trip Sorted. I think Astrid misunderstood as I am not pleased at all. The process used by Trip sorted is misleading because as a customer, you don't get warned or informed that a subscription is automatically attached when you purchase a one time ticket (in this case for fast lane access at an airport). Also the payment goes in two parts, (i) immediately the fee for the fast lane ticket, and (ii) only 3 days later the cost for the subscription. Very misleading and Trip Sorted needs to evaluate this?

My intention when using this website was to make a one-time payment for a single service (fast-track at Brussels airport). At no point did I knowingly agree to a recurring subscription of 79 euros every three months which they did after registering to their site. If such a condition exists, it was clearly not presented in a transparent or prominent way, because I would never have agreed to it.
I have now discovered that I have been charged twice for this recurring service, amounting to 158 euros, despite the fact that I have never used the service at all. Until recently, I was not even aware that such a subscription existed.
Furthermore, I never received any notification by email informing me that a recurring payment would occur. All payment notifications appear to have been placed only within the platform itself, which I had no reason to regularly check, especially since I believed I had made only a one-time purchase.
After carefully reviewing my account on trip-sorted.com for the first time, I was shocked to discover that I had been automatically subscribed to a service I never intended to purchase. It is difficult to understand how simply registering for a one-time payment could result in an ongoing subscription without clear and explicit consent. This is a clear SCAM and it could have gone for more months. Beware of this kind of so called "services" - if I could give them 0 stars I would but I think reporting them to all customers services in different countries would be clearly better to avoid other people this experience.

This is a con. The one off tickets are genuine but they opaquely sign you up to a membership and take it out of the card number you have used. Allegedly it’s in the terms but not that was sufficiently clear to me. Avoid.
