A scam. Beware

A scam. Do not use. I never received my fast track confirmation despite trip sorted taking £26 from me. To add insult to injury they then tried to take £79 from me as apparently by purchasing fast track (paid for but unusable) there is an automatic subscription to a £79 a quarter service. Hidden in the small print.

BORDERLINE FRAUD! DECEPTIVE SUBSCRIPTION TRAP AT CHECKOUT

This company is running a predatory scam. I purchased a one-time Fast Track pass for €9. During checkout, the cart ONLY showed the €9 fee. However, by clicking "Pay" and checking the mandatory T&C box, they secretly enroll you in a €79 annual subscription.

The most dishonest part? They NEVER send a confirmation email for the subscription. I only received a receipt for the €9 service. They intentionally hide the subscription details so you don't realize what happened until 3 days later, when they suddenly steal €79 from your card. By then, they claim your "free trial" (which I never asked for and never wanted) has expired.

This is a textbook "subscription trap" designed to bypass consumer awareness. When I complained, they had the audacity to offer a 20% refund as a "gesture of goodwill." I am demanding a 100% refund.

I have already initiated a dispute with my bank for fraudulent billing and I am reporting them to Action Fraud and the CMA.

TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS.

No better than thieves - disgraceful behaviour

We paid for a one off fast pass service and were astonished to find these conmen had signed us up, without our knowledge, to a subscription service at £79.00

It was only thanks to the fraud team at Barclaycard that the subscription payment was flagged at suspicious - we came on holiday to relax, not waste time dealing with con artists AVOID AVOID AVOID

Scam! Do not use this company!

No point repeating everything many people have said about this company. I quote the email I sent to this fraudulent company.
"I am very disappointed that I did not know was subscribing to your service when I only wanted a one off purchase for myself and my wife. That will teach my to read terms and conditions for companies like yours. I do not remember where it said I had to subscribe just for one transaction. Again, my fault not reading your Tc & Cs and being conned. Furthermore, I see on your website that there are 2 scales of membership and I was automatically put on “Premium” when there is a lower tier. Lastly, since the transaction occurred on the 8th of April and I didn’t notice the payment taken until today, I find it disconcerting that there isn’t even a 1 day grace period.

The whole process has been very unpleasant and I will reflect this in a review on the relevant review websites (particularly on Trustpilot) where there a multiple experiences of reviewers reporting being charged for an unauthorised subscription, typically £79 or €79, days after making a one-time purchase for a fast-track service. Consumers state that these subscription terms are often hidden within payment terms or not clearly disclosed, leading to unexpected charges. Many banks have flagged these transactions as fraudulent, and customers have had to cancel cards or dispute payments. I will also flag this to my bank."

This is 100% fraud. I purchased a one time airport fast track that didnt arrive and was later charged 79 euros for a subscription I never agreed to. Others report the same.

Bought fast track for £12 each never received a QR code to which i phoned them and they said they need more details and then i will receive it. Still didnt receive it so i phoned again and was told it will be in the next hour which i knew was a lie. Never received it and requested a refund straight away. Avoid!

This site is a scam.

This site is a scam.
I thought I was booking Fast Track for the Airport, paid £12, never received a confirmation email, so nothing to show at the airport.
3 days later I had a charge of £79 on my credit card - when the credit card company investigated they found I was meant to have ticked a box for I know not what.
I have had to cancel my card.
This site is a Scam.

Scam scam scam!!!

Scam scam scam!!!! Do not use! We paid for airport fast passes. we went to use them and was told they don’t work. I emailed them to get a refund to be told no, they wouldn’t refund even though they are selling products that don’t work and are not fit for purpose! Had to go through the bank to get a refund in the end and cancel my card. Please avoid!

AVOID this service

AVOID this service, it’s an absolute SCAM
I did know about the subscription but they are preventing me from cancelling it.

They are saying my e mail address doesn’t exist in their system, preventing me from cancelling on line or over the phone.

Thankfully I still have e mails from them, however I have had to forward to them as proof. Despite the website saying they respond within 24 hours, I’ve just had an automated response saying it will take 48-72 hours which guess what….takes me beyond the cancellation period…..

This company is scamming people, my husband booked fast track at Liverpool John Lennon airport, the company took £12 for this service of which we received a receipt, 2 days later a further £79 was taken from my account, when we contacted the company they tried to say we had taken out a subscription, we did not take any subscription out, this is a total SCAM , PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, Do Not Use At Any Cost

This is a scam

This is a scam. Do not use their services. I attempted to buy a fast track service for my family on a trip abroad.

We were in a rush due to huge queues at security. I entered my details. The fast track pass was not able to be used at the airport. Furthermore the website attempted to take money off me for £79 72 hours after paying for the fast track as part of a subscription. You cannot cancel the subscription or get hold of them. Do not use this website or its products.

Avoid at all costs

You want a one-time fast track entry, you find this website that sells and talks about one-time entries. You buy it, and there's no clear warning that it actually triggers a subscription. Conveniently, 3 days later (after the trial ends of a "subscription" you didn't know existed: no confirmation emails, no order number, no cancel instructions), they bill you £78.

Email them and they offer a partial refund or "free entry." They claim it's "CLEARLY mentioned"…yes, in tiny letters at the bottom. It's like hiding shoes in a flower shop: if I'm there for a fast track pass, I won't spot it. Deliberately misleading.

Luckily, I got a full refund via bank dispute, otherwise they offered only 20%. Avoid completely.
