We are living a nightmare right now

We are living a nightmare right now and our solar is still not functional. Our yard is destroyed nothing has been fixed yet. WE still can't pass our city's inspections. Worst decision I ever made. I wanted solar so bad, but everything is subcontracted and the workmanship is terrible. Today they put a hole in my rec room wall to try and access a wire which they still could not get at. I don't know how this will end but my husband and I are furious and deeply disappointed.

Honestly, Could have made 5 stars if their training was less stressful

Honestly, I believe that Trinity Solar deserves a higher rating. Perhaps not 5 stars, however, 4 is right on the correct level! Here is why:

I began here one week ago and they had us working with power-point training live on Teams meeting with a coordinator in a very professional, team-effort method. The workspace was incredibly positive, even with it's own high-quality coffee machine, something we don't see often in the USA with jobs. Yes, free to use.

However, they crammed the training in Mon-Thur and when Friday came there was a big verbal test which was required to continue at the company.

Some of us, did unfortunately, not pass. This is what I recommended to my colleague who also didn't pass the Friday test:

Written to my colleague via text sms "Imho they should have: Had us only do the verbal Pitch training week one, more pitch training week two (but study at home required) Pitch test at end of week two on Friday.

Then next week the training on PowerPoint that we just experienced.

What really happened: REALITY
Pitch and PowerPoint training all compacted in on week one like sardines in a sardine-box. Test Friday. 5 days to prep for the Pitch test, and if you do not pass, told verbally, you will not be with the company any more.

How to exhaust and frustrate yourself in one easy step.

They will put their best foot forward to get in the door. I loved them from the start. 5 years later and it is the worst decision I have made in home ownership. It’s all a headache. Leaks, destroyed gutters from snow coming off panels, poor performance of the installed equipment, and awful customer service.
Once you are a contracted customer their true colors show. They are a clearly disorganized outfit. You will get conflicting information, the run around, ignored, and you will be frustrated. They will not follow up on calls or emails. It’s like their mantra is to ignore until the problem goes away.
Random people from the company will show up unannounced and expect access to your home. They will blame their “secretaries” for not calling.
If you never need to use them at any point in the 20 year term of your lease you will be ok. If you need them for anything, good luck to you.
You will exhaust yourself trying to get anything resolved. It’s just not worth it. Don’t make the mistake. They are a hot mess of a company. Do your homework and you will find plenty of better options.
