My Trike Explorer 4x4 was broken before it ever arrived. Meaning, I unboxed a broken bicycle. The spokes were not trued. All the spokes were loose. The bicycle had a death wobble. I got the spokes trued but they would not stay that way. In addition, the wheel had snapped off while riding!!! My bicycle is under warranty and they will not honor it. Now I’m stuck with a $10,000 paperweight. Great concept but it does not work. Do NOT trust those videos they post. Their bicycle does not work as advertised. I have been through hell and back with this company and I still have a broken bicycle.

Bought my trikexplor 320trike 3 years ago.communication and shipping were excellent.trike is used as daily driver,no problems what so ever.1 broken seat support which was replaced under service within one week.
Trike is always outside,no shed.
Still happy with it

The trike came in a box without instructions and missing some important parts.

The accessories are garbage. The rack is made of plastic, the fenders are flimsy and useless, the mirrors are junk.

The frame itself seems ok, so I bought the pieces I needed to finish the trike locally, adding several hundred bucks to the cost.

Although I now have a functional trike, I would never buy one from them again.

I purchased a 4x4 quad from trikexplorer.com in January 21,it only showed 2 weeks ago.
I paid $10,000 for it and I can't use it.the rear axle bearing are broken.
The gears don't work drive chain has to be completely redone.
The quad is scratched badly and wheels are not properly spoked.
I have tried to sort the problems with the company and they don't want to know.
They know that the quad doesn't work before they sell to you but still take your money.
I have video evidence of the condition my quad arrived to me.
Please stay away from this company as they will take your money and what you'll receive is rubbish.i have been contacted by many customers who all have had issues with this company.
Buyer beware!!!.

Awful company apparently they take your money and don’t send anything out let alone the Quads they advertise !
