We are a family run business with a combined 30 years of experience in renewable energy products and home improvement. We work to keep up to date with current product release to ensure our customers receive the best systems available. Our main goal is to take care of our customers, we offer a 24 hour phone service if they’re having any issues and we monitor their systems to make sure things are working correctly. Many times we have found issues before customers and resolved it free of charge. Our team take pride in their service, from the first conversation up until installation and follow up after. We make sure our installation team are quick and efficient.

Lots of good here

Lots of good here: Mark, their 'salesman' is excellent and Mark, who did the installing is also excellent. But the management can be brusque and check your contract VERY carefully.

On time for installation

On time for installation, cannot fault this company, Mark has done our review today and we have moved onto octopus go. Loft installation went brilliantly, the installer was very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. He must of been very hot up there but never complained.

Installation went well

Installation went well. The guys were efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

Riz was very pleasant and explained things thoroughly. Now our system is charging overnight and lowering our electric bills. Very satisfied with Tres

Mark has been with us the whole time

Mark has been with us the whole time, through initial installation, our queries, and regular monitoring. Our electricity bill has gone down substantially. We are very happy with the product and the service.

Tres energy have been a great help to…

Tres energy have been a great help to me, they explained everything so well, I am so impressed with the reduction in my bills, the saving has been phenomenal.

Mark has been really helpful and explains things in a way that makes sense to me. Install team were excellent, they had a challenge with location of system but identified a new area and it was all corrected, they used scaffolding a second time to make sure the job was done neat and tidy. They obviously knew what they were doing.
