Great watch. Minor build quality issues.
Watched arrived and the second hand had fallen off and was stuck in the case. They sent a replacement and the screw that holds in rotor was scratched. I love the watch, but these small build quality details are pretty unprofessional. Ultimately, I would buy another watch from this company though. I really like the watch design.

Terrible customer service
Terrible at responding to emails or any form of communication. Attempted to get help with an order but was ignored for 5 days. When I finally got a response they already shipped it and was told I need to reorder. Because it was a personalised Order I was unable to return. I tried multiple attempts to contact them prior to them processing the order to no success now I have a ring that can't be used. Attempted to rectify with an additional 4 emails!!! but received no response AGAIN. Very poor experience.
