I do like making my choice of really good quality range of products
I do like making a choice of good quality products. My only problem was that when I bought a belt I had to search for it's length. My recent purchase was in black and was 1.5 meters. I assumed all belts were the same length but the 2nd belt was 1.02 meters. I just wished the lengths were clearly shown when making my selection rather the wading through the products specifications. Even giving the lengths when you are choosing the colour you want. Then buyers can feel confident they are getting not only the colours they want but the length.

Delivery let down.
Not quite the service that I received last time, standards slipped a little. Happy with the watch straps I ordered but the website crashed on me and seemingly defaulted to a delivery to a drop box, so had to detour 9 miles in a direction I wouldn't use to collect something that would go through a letter box. While the drop point is technically close having a river between use made it difficult. The straps weren't as well presented as last ones I purchased. Also took longer than expected to arrive so couldnt use them for the intended purpose. Luckily I could collect it before we left or it would have been returned before we got home. Generally that said happy.
