Great website - products . I bought a few things for my husband & now he’s had a look on the website he’s gotta list of things he wants 🤣. Unfortunately One of the items I ordered was broken I got in touch with them & they gave me an option to replace or refund - I chose replacement which they have done at no cost to myself to return item . The customer service was fantastic which should be a template for every company .

I ordered a mens wallet from this company be for the may bank holiday ive received it to day the 7 may 2026 .and omg i paid 35.99 with a 20% off .well this wallet is not woth 99p its a load of rubbish and to think they wanted over £49 ,pounds for it ive now sent thos wallet back to them and they have changed me £5 pounds to sent ot back this is disgusting i want my money back in full or im contacting my bank .if any one is thinking of buying any thing of them don't bother your better of geting rubbish of ailexpress

A really super friendly customer service!! You couldn't be more kind! The watch that I ordered initially somehow got lost on the way, which was on Evri and not Trendhim. Trendhim resent the same watch again with no additional charges. DHL shipped the watch all the way from Denmark to Scotland in only one day, that's quite remarkable. The watch is exactly what I was looking for as well. Silver steel, black leather, a visible clockwork, and fully automatic... You don't even need a battery, it's all mechanics and physics, powered through motion. I'm really impressed by the quality of the watch (Dante II by Seizmont), and the customer service of Trendhim is really friendly as well.

I bought two rings but was dissapointed to see that they were made in China! I was hoping they were locally crafted having said that I can’t fault the service, prompt delivery and no problem with returns.

Very slow delivery. Several emails telling me it was delayed but this was a birthday present ordered four days before the date. I expected a swifter transaction, nit one that took more than two weeks.
