Very bad experience, i ordered an item, the bill states "versand mit DHL" no tracking number supplied, i have NOT received the item.
I did get an email that stated i returned the item (not possible since i never received it) and a refund would be issued.
The refund arrived minus 11,90 for the return shipping (that i never did)
Customer service is not replying to my email on the matter.

The products are great, but I have experienced the customer service to be very bad, with refusing withdrawals for being one day late and not responding to questions about it for 18 days and numerous reminders.
