TREK-MOVE Sedgefield
I booked Trek move in September for a share load from Cape Town to Johannesburg as my son was finishing university and relocating back home. They call and insisted that i need to pay the deposit to secure the move (In September). The day of the move I was sent a WhatsApp as they have technical issues with the truck and promised to help the week after on the Wednesday. They next Wednesday, they said they can pick up on Saturday and on Saturday their truck was delayed again. They offered a refund and even though I was really upset to be let down I asked for it to be refunded so I can find a reliable company. Now I get excuses regarding payment runs etc. It seems like this company is scamming me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY because I can understand problems with transport, however not refunding me immediately is unethical as they did not provide a service for the deposit they are delaying in refunding.
