Communication with this company is absolutely shocking!!! I ordered 3 items only received 2, I then contacted them on Instagram and was told they would look into it.... 1 month later still nothing! Plus my bracelet had snapped with about 2/3 wears!!! I personally do not recommend this company absolute joke!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM,I PLACED AND ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY IN NOVEMBER 2019 ONLY AFTER I EMAILED TO CHECK THE STATUS DID THEY DECIDE TO TELL ME THAT WHAT I ORDERED WAS NOT IN STOCK AND THAT IT WOULD BE SENT OUT WHEN THEY HAVE IT. IT IS NOW AUGUST 2020 AND THEY HAVE IGNORED EVERY SINGLE EMAIL AND INSTAGRAM DIRECT MESSAGE I HAVE SENT THEM. THIEVES .

I recently entered their £500 cash and 3 piece of jewellery competition. I was confused as when I asked to how they were sending me the £500 cash, they said in the post, I thought that was strange as that’s a lot of money to post and thought it would go through bank transfer. After awful communication the whole time and after pestering them via DM for my prize, they finally asked for my address etc and posted my prize.
I did review 2 pieces of jewellery. As lovely as those pieces are, there wasn’t 3, and there certainly wasn’t £500 cash in the package. After again, awful communication, they said they would look into this matter. They never did and now they have blocked me on Instagram.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. AWFUL REVIEWS, THE WORST COMMUNICATION AND CLEARLY FAKE FOLLOWERS.

I entered their giveaway which included £500 and 4 items of jewellery..you needed to subscribe to their newsletter (which I will be unsubscribing to) and tag two friends. Tonight they tagged me on their story saying myself and 2 other girls had one (despite the giveaway post saying 2 winners not 3). I messaged them asking what happens next and they asked for my FULL name and full address, and they would send ALL the cash and items in the post. Weird. £500 in the post seems a lot, you would expect PayPal or bank transfer? So I then questioned them about it and sent them these previous reviews, and they said ‘old owners, you will get your items’. I then replied saying ‘but there’s a bad review from June this year’ which is a month ago. They then removed the story saying I had won, and have not opened my message. I messaged one of the girls telling her all of this and she had already given them her boyfriends address but her full name. The reason why I was suspicious was that I’ve heard fraudsters can somehow get your personal post (bank statements, account info) sent from your address to there’s. So please do not buy from them, from what I can see their Instagram is full of bots, and probably fake followers. You would expect them to have a verified tick with a following that size. Absolute scam. Do not order from this company. Ordered back in April. Received nothing. Called. No answer. Emailed. No reply. Messaged on instagram. Was told it had been delivered. Informed them nothing had arrived. They said they would check and come back to me. Guess what!...they didn’t. This needs to investigated as others have had the same experience

Just awful, item broke within a few days, they sent wrong size and wouldn't reply to any emails for an exchange, after 3 attempts I a gave up.

Made an order over a month ago and still have not received it nor received further information

Ordered a chain been a week still haven’t
received it i’ve emailed and called no response the phone just rings.

Extremely poor service, Order placed, money taken, nothing delivered, 2 weeks later still waiting, no response to numerous attempts via contact phone. Tel line rings but no one answers, looks like my young daughters hard earned savings from her pocket money have been stolen
