Really pleased with this site! I’ve been trying to find the brands ‘Ben Nye’ and ‘Mehron’ in the UK for a decent price for a long time, so I decided to order from this website. I emailed them shortly after my order went through to see if it would arrive before halloween, my fault as I left it late, in which they replied within 5 minutes. They sent my package out Monday and it’s Wednesday today and my package has arrived (packaging is VERY protective). Over all very happy and will definitely be ordering in the future!

Ordered Mehron Skin Prep Pro. Quick delivery and package secured very well. Genuine product. Would recommend TH make up and would buy from them in the future.

I ordered the Delilah Time frame foundation from this website from France. I use Treasure House of Makeup because the colour I use was not available anywhere else.
Shipping and handling was high so I thought that the custom tax was included, It was not the case ; when I received my parcel, I had to pay 20€ custom tax at the post office. When I order from the Delilah website they always make sure their customers from abroad don’t pay custom tax, and their shipping fees are much lower. Next time I will wait for my foundation to be available and order it from there.
I paid a ridiculous amount for one single item of make up. Never again.

Customer service is crap I’ve been waiting on my product for over three months never receive it no text no update nothing when I called the lady was very apologetic which I appreciate it I should’ve really read the reviews before purchasing from this company if you’re interested in buying the skin Prep pro do not buy you will never receive it
Pre-orders usually take 21 days my order was placed on the 8th of July it’s been 2 months and no update until I called on the 28 September

I was searching for a UK supplier of Mehron face paint and found Treasure House of Makeup. They have a great range with reasonable prices, but what sets them apart is their customer service. One of the items I ordered wasn't in stock and I had an email from the team straight away offering a different item or pre order for when my first choice would be back in.
Delivery was fast and my items were well packaged and safely delivered. All in all I had a great experience and will definitely shop again!

I have ordered from treasurehouse multiple times now and I must admit that I'm impressed with the quality of the products and at a good price too.

I used house of Davy bald cap and loved it - was taught by Ian harris via seventa academy and they walked me through application. The bald cap was a good size decent good quality packaged too.
I also used a mehron bald cap too and that was great to try a latex bald cap .

Make up ordered without realising 2 products were out of stock and pre order only. This wasn't made clear until the final stages of the process and I paid for them aling with other items in the order. As the items are a Christmas present I have had to order them from Tilt instead, and sent an email ask if ng for a refund of the 2 out of stock items, also left a phone message asking the same but have had no response to either and no update at all on the order. Will not be using again.
