I purchased 4 Claw tires in 245-75/16…

I purchased 4 Claw tires in 245-75/16 size. I tire took 4 Oz to balance, the other three took a .5 Oz, 1 Oz, and 1.5 Oz. That's pretty dang good considering the MT design and the weight of the 10 ply.
They ride very smooth with of course the typical hum of mud terrain tires which does not bother me.
I have had several compliments on the looks of the tires.
The only complaint I have was the length of time it took to get them. After several weeks I called to check on shipping time and was told it would be two more weeks before they would ship.
Two weeks later I called to verify the shipment and after a few minutes of the person checking I was told it would be two more weeks before they would be able to ship. I explained that it was already well over 5 weeks and that I had been told they should already have shipped. I was put on hold again for several minutes and then the story changed and was told I would have the tracking number for the tires that day, which I did, but would still be a couple of days before actually showing up on the delivery company's link. They were delayed a few days in route. Over all I was not happy with the lack of communication in relation to the delay in shipping. If you don't have the tires in stock, let people know.
Besides all of that issue I am happy with the purchase and look forward to getting some good use out of them. These went onto a 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ.
My order # was: 66431

Thanks
DWayne Cox

Best bang for the buck! 35x12.50R20

Great looking tires that performs and ride very nicely. Mount and balanced no problems and handles wet roads way better than my old tires (Kumho AT51). I’m glad I went with these over some crappy Chinese/Korean tires.

I’m going to thank the customer service I’ve received. I ordered tires months ago and nothing has arrived. I called and they are trying to find 35” shells to make my tires. As a retired veteran myself, I know how much they want to please me, but we all have to wait a bit more.

Extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed that I have to write this review, but it is necessary nonetheless. My brother recommended tires from Treadwright. He had purchased a set and gotten more than 5 quality years out of them with no issues. I purchased a set of 40k - 50k tires in March of 2022. Since then I put about 11k miles on them. Recently, I began to experience a significant wobble/vibration. I took my vehicle to my mechanic who advised one of my front tires had a broken belt which created a bulge on the left side of the tire, thereby causing the wobble. Additionally, he told me that each of the two rear tires had air bubbles building under the tread and they should be replaced as well.

I contacted Treadwright, obviously frustrated that my tires, barely a year old, were failing so badly. I was asked to complete a warranty claim which I did. The following day Treadwright told me that because I did not purchase the warranty on the tires, NOTHING would be replaced or refunded. Shame on me for assuming they produced/sold a quality product and for thinking that the company would be at all concerned about their faulty product. The employee I spoke with advised me that the best they could do was offer 15% off of a single new tire. How cute of them to assume that after investing $600 in a set of 4 tires just over a year ago, 3 of which are failing, that I would have any interest in purchasing more of their product. After expressing my dissatisfaction with this result, I was eventually told I could receive 20% off of one single replacement tire and that was the absolute best they could do. To make things even worse, they are currently offering a promotional deal on their website for 25% off, so their resolution would actually cost me more than if I just purchased a new tire directly from the website.

Had the company worked with me to replace the tire, or offered to provide a respectable refund I would have given them a second chance, but instead I went ahead and purchased a new set of 4 from a competitor and will NEVER do business with, or recommend Treadwright Tires to anyone. In fact, thabks to their poor customer service, I will actively discourage everyone I possibly can from making the same mistake I did. My brother, who recommended Treadwright has said he will not be making any new purchases from them in the future. Thanks to faulty products and poor customer service, they have lost the support of two customers who will NEVER support their product ever again, which is such a shame.

I DO NOT recommend Treadwright tires and if you're going to make a purchase, pony up the extra $$ for the warranty. Otherwise you could be left stuck with a set of bad tires and a bank account that's several hundred dollars lighter.

Very unhappy

I ordered my tires on June 16 and as of August 18 I still have not received them. Every couple weeks I contact Treadwrights customer service and get told there was an issue with the specific size tires I ordered and they will be another 2-3 weeks before I receive them yet I still have not. Treadwight has never reached out to me regarding the delay in my order throughout this process, i have had to contact them to find out any information. I was offered a free road hazard warranty for my inconvenience but I do not feel that is enough given I am 2 months and counting without my order for an item that was in stick at the time of purchase. I am very unhappy with Treadwright and and as a first time customer wanting to give this company the benefit of the doubt, they are not giving me confidence in their company.

My truck is riding as good as when I bought it. They do rub when turning even though they are the same size as my old tires, other tires were M/T. Shop that installed them called and said one of the tires had a patch in it and wanted to know if I still wanted them to install it.

Meaty and Silent

I was really happy with the ride on these for my excursion. They have a ton of tread and are pretty quiet.
Update: less than 600 miles and one of them started bulging down the middle. Now I’m running on a spare wondering if they will even warranty it.

Buyer Beware. 50,000 mile tires only lasted 9500 miles before disintegrating.

Purchased a set of 4 LT275/70R18 Axion 10 ply tires in 3/8/22 for my pleasure use / tow rig 2015 Denali HD. Tires were shipped quickly and I had them installed by a professional shop on 3/11/22. On 4/5/23 I rotated the tires after driving 6052 miles. In mid May I started feeling a vibration while at highway speed and took and was told by the shop my front passenger tire had demolded. Contacted Treadwright and was given a new tire that was shipped on 5/23/23 and installed on 5/26/23. At this point the tires had 7448 miles on them. On 8/12/23 while driving home on the interstate the rear passenger tire tore apart and upon inspection the Driver's rear tire had demolded too. Contacted Treadwright and was told that since the tires were more then a year old they would not replace them and would only offer me a 25% discount on a new set. These tires were manufactured in the 9th week of 2022 and were supposed to last for 50,000 miles. They lasted 17 months and 9448 miles.

I chose not to do any further business with this company since they obviously do not stand behind their product and I do not want to take the risk of injuring myself or others due to their product.

Best tires out there

I have just ordered my second set of TreadWright tires different model from the first. The first set lasted longer then the documented time. I put about 75,000 miles on them and could have got more if I did an alignment. I will never buy a set of tires from anywhere else. The first set arrived quickly and met my expectations. The cost was fantastic. The second set was even better because of the special they have going on. Buy 3, 1 free ultimately plus free shipping.

I bought 5 tires and one of the tires came defective I have sent messages on the site but I haven't received any responses, all I want is to exchange the tire with a good one. I cannot even get the tire mounted because they say it's defective and they cannot mount not even as my spare tire. so if someone could reach out to me and help me exchange the tire I would definietly give this a 5-star review.
