I bought travel insurance underwritten by Trawick. My return trip was canceled by the airline due to the war in the middle east. I stated this while claiming for compensation. My claim was denied that war is not covered. What if I didn't use the word war? This company is a rip off. Stay away.
Update: I have contacted the "Reviews" department with my policy and claim as instructed on the response from Trawick.

Trawick International- the day before we were supposed to fly out to Costa Rica, my husband was in a motorcycle accident. After getting everything sorted out, I reached out to Trawick international regarding our coverage. Everyone I talked to was so kind and helpful. They walked you through each piece of the claim step by step and were always there to answer any questions. Don’t use this travel insurance
Don’t use this insurance. It is a complete scam. Won’t even reimburse at least half for a lost Apple Watch. I filed a police report and everything internationally where I lost it. They claimed it was a “personal computer” and those aren’t covered apparently. Don’t waste your money with this company.
