I like the 2nd representative I spoke…
I like the 2nd representative I spoke with today, but the 1st lady 1st put in my information incorrectly and said she would call me back with a follow up and she lied and did not. I had to call back and the 2nd representative was very helpful

Got what I needed by talking to a real human being
I got what I needed re travel insurance. Woman very helpful though heavy accent at times. I asked her to speak slowly and so she did. Great to have a real human being for something so important. Thank you.

I purchased insurance for a big hiking…
I purchased insurance for a big hiking trip. We got sick the day before and had to cancel. We got a doctor's note in Spanish because we were in a spanish speaking country. They did not accept this doctor's note as the official documentation and refused to pay us for the cancelation insurance that we paid for.

I would have rated you higher, as I was under the impression, based on your website, that you offered a discount for loyal existing customers, but alas, my expectations were dashed. As for the coverage, I've aligned myself with your company for several years now and have never filed a claim.
