This is one of the best Travelzoo deals we’ve done.
The restaurant,food and staff are first class,we really enjoyed our visit. Our waiter Aldo was so attentive and so efficient is his service. Food is so well cooked and plentiful,cocktail delicious too.
Would definitely do again if opportunity came up.

I saw an ad on Instagram and I thought okay let’s take a look, then I was forced to give them my email and register to become a member because everything on the site would be blurred out so I can’t see anything until I registered. I did the registration reluctantly and after that they asked me to pay 1€ otherwise I can’t see their offers. Ridiculous. I knew from the time they blurred out their own offer it was about to be some scam

The service the food

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Blue Ball., it being in a beautiful spot in Devon, plenty of fresh air and wonderful and challenging walks. The accommodation was clean, with all modcons available and very comfortable. The food was excellent both at dinner and breakfast with superb service provided by Hayley and Rylee. The bar staff were quick and very helpful, prices being reasonable. Altogether very enjoyable with the customer service we all crave. Well done all at Blue Ball, I’ll be back!

I signed up for a year, never used the site, but my membership was automatically renewed without warning. I contacted them to complain, but was told it could not be refunded, It was in the agreement I had signed a year ago! Beware

Just being in the Savoy Hotel was enough!
The River Restaurant is great, lovely atmosphere, amazing food and the staff could not have been nicer.
Would definitely recommend it.

I booked a package through Travelzoo for a hotel stay in Austria, which included a four-course dinner and access to the hotel’s spa facilities. The hotel was primarily presented as an idyllic spa destination, which was a key reason for my booking.
Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of what was advertised. The advertised four-course dinner was, in reality, a buffet where guests could simply select four items. More importantly, the hotel’s sauna area was not operational during my stay, despite the spa facilities being a central part of the package and a major factor in my decision to book.
I contacted both the hotel and Travelzoo’s customer service regarding these issues. I was told that the matter would be investigated, but despite several follow-ups, I have yet to receive a meaningful response or resolution.
This has been a very disappointing experience. The package did not accurately reflect the services and facilities available at the time of the stay, and the lack of follow-up from both the hotel and Travelzoo has only made the situation worse.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend exercising caution when booking through Travelzoo. Once the booking is made, I found the level of customer support and accountability to be extremely disappointing.

Wow. What an incredible unique dining experience. Fantastic concept. An absolute gem tucked away in an area of Shoreditch. Right from the start arriving at the venue made to feel welcome and valued. Great hosting and service delivery. Summer menu varied and experimental. Struggled to choose so had practically everything on offer. Each dish full of flavour well presented and cooked well. Portions generous and great for sharing. Environment and choice of seating inside and out perfect.

Nice quiet place and great ambience. Wonderful staff and very attentive. Great portion sizes and very delicious.

Would have been 5stars as we had a great day out with our two grandchildren, plenty of parking and places for a picnic and children to run around, but postcode on our ticket sent us all over the place and more signs needed, but the museum was brilliant and the walk around the Swiss gardens was very peaceful and the children loved it

The Corse Lawn House accommodation was a Excellent choice for its location and easy reach to places of interest the room we stayed in was very large and the bed very comfortable, good selection for breakfast and also the menu for the evening meal had a good selection, the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay at this accommodation again.

Castle Howard is a wonderful place for a day out. Plenty of space to stroll and enjoy the open air.

Excellent food

A great day all together, but a little touch information from the guides

The staff are very friendly, and food excellent. The major problem was a van delivery making loud noise at 4.20am early morning, and traffic that disturbed our sleep over the two nights. Therefore we have decided to return home one night early from our 3 night booking- to get a good nights sleep! Also, we were surprised on arrival that there is no lift in the House, and our room was at the very top of the stairs! I need to point out this was not reported on the original mailing on Travelzoo- luckily my husband and I do not have mobility problems, but could be a problem for others unaware of the height of staircase!
