Brilliant cases

Bag is larger than the dimensions stated and therefore not suitable for use as a cabin bag on Ryanair, Easyjet etc.

Very disappointed with the product. Poor quality and was clear to me that there was no way that it would ever stand up when packed.
Not used in the process of returning so will wait to see how effective promised refund will be.
