Terrible company
Terrible company! Took money for tickets that they couldn't source, took ages to refund & were really unpleasant to deal with. Now, despite several attempts to unsubscribe, they send countless spam emails every week 'about your upcoming trip' each sent from a different address so no matter how many times I unsubscribe yhey just keep coming.

Horrible
I had to cancell a flight for medical reasons, Travel Junction said all I could get back was the taxes!, I spent over £3,000 and lost it no credit no nothing, and they will not even give me the taxes back after numerious emails and 9 months! Terrible company.
I just had a reply, thank you trustpilot, but they are stating misstruths, to discuise their dismal attitude, customer service in this case -10 !!

Not like the other online travel agents
We booked our trip later in the year with Travel Junction. We have had some bad experiences with online travel agents in the past, mainly charging us a fortune as we misspelled a travellers name.
After clicking confirm and pay, I got a phone call to double check everything and offer me certain upgrades etc.
Let's see how the trip goes, but my experience so far is far better than the others we have used.

Had our flight to Australia cancelled…
Had our flight to Australia cancelled due to the Iran war. It's been 2 months of constant emails and phone calls and still not received a refund. Terrible company, don't care ignore you if there's a problem. Just take money and forget about customer service. Avoid.
