Best exchange rate available. Fees and charges were not applicable for this transaction. Very convenient for pick up at my local post office. It would have been nice to have a choice in note denomination, however, all notes arrived in $50 denominations, so that was great.

Easy process to buy GBP cash
The online process to buy GBP before our trip was very easy and the communication back from Travelex kept us in the loop.
We picked up the cash from our local Post Office and were happy with the security and efficiency of the whole process.

Unsure staff
I had pre-ordered the money, to be collected at Sydney Airport.
Initially the staff member couldn’t find my order at all, then found it eventually, but didn’t know what to do. After calling her supervisor twice, we eventually got got there.
Possibly she was in training, but I don’t know.
