This is not a travel booking site
This is not a travel booking site, but an offline travel agent. They show better prices than airlines, take the payment and then tell you that they will try to get you the tickets. Most often, the prices move in that time and you end up paying extra. They also refuse to accept your request for immediate refund.
Ideally, they should not be listed on flights.google.com and should feature in travel agent category where they may be useful to some.

They call you the day after booking asking for £150 for baggage to be included. I checked with the airline and this was already included. I raised this issue with Travel Decorum and they said I can cancel my flight for £75. I left a bad review and they called back saying if I remove it they will cancel my flight for me without the £75 fine. They then called me repeatedly asking me to take down the review. I did get the money after 6 days, hence the generous star rating.

Initially I had booked a ticked for gulf at 650Pounds but my ticket not confirmed and I got a email from travel Decorum saying booking is not confirmed but my amount got debited from my account. Absolute scam!!!
Absolute scam!!!! Do not use them!!! I booked a flight and then receive an email asking to contact them right away. Even though my funds were already taken. The man then tells me that there is no seats left that day and I have to pay to book another day. I think not as those are dates I need to fly and agreed to! Then says let me see what I can do and miraculously finds a seat on the same flight. (I was checking google at the same time and JetBlue directly and there were more than enough seats!) He then says I have to pay 140 difference! I paid it to realise I receive invoice from JetBlue and the total price was 820 but they charged me 888 in total! Scam artists!!! STAY AWAY! When I call them they just put the phone down on me I can’t believe this.
