This is a great company. I lost my passport and the owner Bruce organised everything necessary to get me a temporary passport and an exit visa. Though I did not do the original tour He organised me other tours and I saw many sites in China I would not have see. I have an amazing experience of the real non tourist china.
I highly recommend this company and any tourist will be safe to travel with them.

Me and my husband did 8 day private driving tour in Tibet visiting Everest Bace Camp.
It was the most amazing trip we have done! From the first email Bruce (we were in contact with him) was always so quick to respond to all the emails and questions we had, and we were asking heaps of stuff just to know all the details, and he was always very informative, helped us with getting the visa, organised for us to get delivered Tibet Permit to the airport where we had connecting flight. Everything was just perfect!

Tibet is an amazing place to visit, the scenery and culture is unbelievable! All the hotels, car, driver and tour guide everything was as promised! Hotels we very good, spacious, clean rooms. All the check ins and check outs were done by tour guide so we didn't need to worry about anything at all! Just to enjoy our trip :)

The views we seen on this trip are hard to explain in words, it is just breath taking! We were lucky to see Mt Everest pretty much straight after we arrived to the Bace camp. In the morning we had some snow and then it clear up and we saw it all in white which was just spectacular!

We highly recommend this tour as it covers so much in only 8 days and gives you unforgettable experience!

My family and I recently returned from a 15 day trip to China and Tibet. The tour was arranged by TravelChinaTibet.com. We had a really great time!  After some research online and emails with different agents, we decided to go with this company because of their professionalism and reasonable price. We asked numerous questions via email and WhatsApp.  They always responded so fast compared to the other companies.  We really appreciated this.  They responded to all of our questions and concerns in detail and with professionalism.  Throughout the trip we experienced personal attention and felt well taken care of.  Our guides in each place were fluent in English, informative, and friendly!  We would like to say thanks to our guides: Dean in Beijing, Wandler in Xian, Nancy in Chengdu, Tsering in Tibet, and Sophie in Shanghai!  They made our trip more enjoyable than we expected.  We also want to give a shout out and big thumbs up to our travel organizer Mr. Bruce Tang from this company.  He is so professional, experienced, and resourceful.  He helped us save money and stay within our travel budget.  He arranged a wonderful trip for us and we all had such an amazing and unforgettable experience.  We will definitely recommend this company to all of our friends and family, and to anyone who is planning a trip to China and Tibet.

TravelChinaTibet.com helped us organize an amazing and unforgettable tour to Guilin and Lhasa. We worked with Bruce Tang, who patiently made multiple revisions to the itinerary in order to accommodate our many requests. He always responded to our emails promptly, respected our ideas, and resolved all of our concerns. I was impressed by the high level of customer service and individualized attention offered by TCT.

In Guilin, we had a private tour, which worked out perfectly since it was so flexible. In Lhasa, we had a small group tour. Our English speaking local guides in Guilin and Lhasa were both excellent and knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed the history and cultural insight provided by our local Tibetan guide.

The service from TCT did not end once the itinerary was completed and booking finalized. TCT continued to offer their support and services throughout our whole trip. This set TCT apart from any other company we’ve ever worked with. When we were in Guilin, Bruce made sure we were doing ok and enjoying the tour by sending us text messages and calling to speak to us on the local guide’s cell phone.

We encountered a rather stressful situation at the airport on the day that we were flying from Chengdu to Lhasa. When we checked in at the airport, we were told by the airline that the flight was delayed with no estimated time of departure! When we asked the airline for an explanation, we were given a few vague answers. We sent Bruce a text and he responded immediately. He sent us several messages and called us to offer some suggestions and possible workarounds. He even called the airport and airline to inquire about the delay. Due to the delay, we missed the group airport pick up time in Lhasa. Bruce made special arrangements and personally picked us up when we arrived at the airport in Lhasa!

From the beginning stages of planning and throughout the entire tour, the level of customer service and support offered by TCT exceeded all of our expectations. Highly recommended and would definitely work with TCT again for any future travel plans to China and Tibet!

What an incredible trip! I would highly recommend this trip, booked through Travel China & Tibet, to anyone who is considering travelling to Everest Base Camp in Tibet.

We opted for the 8 Day private tour for 2 of us and the entire experience was excellent. The tour guide spoke perfect english and was highly knowledgeable and could answer any question I asked. The driver was always on time, helpful and the car was very well maintained.

We stopped at a variety of Monasteries (where Monks still reside now) and the history of them all was amazing. Some things were approximately 1700 years old!

We were very fortunate in that there were very few clouds at Everest and saw the mountain very clearly. We even had snow overnight (in April) which made it even more beautiful the following day.

You will not be disappointed if you book with Travel China & Tibet!

I have taken several tours with them and they are very god. . Prior to the trip they worked very closely with me to set up the itinerary and gave me a lot of good advise. Their manager Bruce Tang was outstanding and always responded very promptly to my questions.

Once the tour started Bruce called periodically to make sure that everything was going well. The hotels they booked were outstanding and their guides were very good, with lots of patience and very knowledgeable.
