I’ve been trying to get in touch with anyone, literally anyone at inspire travel to help me book a vacation because during our “sign up” we were given a very short and clearly crap demonstration of how to use the “time share”. I’ve been reaching out to these people for assistance for over two years and I’ve gotten one phone call that provided nothing towards my issues. I’m glad many people are having such a good experience with them but it’s quite shocking and feels like lies because my experience has been the complete opposite. Customer service doesn’t even exist here let alone assistance with booking my vacation. We have tried three times to book a trip to the Tahitian and have been met with 1000 obstacles and no one can return a phone call or email. I feel like they straight lied to me to get me to sign up for the time share and have been stealing my money ever since. One of the worst experiences of my life.

I am a frequent traveller who usually books directly with airlines like British Airways, but I recently used a voucher to book an EasyJet Holiday to Marrakech through Inspire. I regret to say it was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.
The booking agent was completely uninterested and lacked any sense of customer service. It felt like a chore for them to process my booking.
Despite spending over £1,000 on a 5-day trip, I discovered after booking that no luggage was included. When I called to question this, I was dismissively told that "City Breaks" don’t qualify for luggage. Interestingly, the EasyJet Holidays website clearly states that their packages include 23kg of luggage as standard. Somewhere between Inspire and the airline, the service I paid for vanished.
A competent travel agent should advise a customer if a 5-day international package excludes basic necessities like luggage. Instead, I was left to find out via the confirmation email.
I expected a professional service that would make booking easier; instead, I got a "discount" experience at a premium price point. I will not be using Inspire again. If you are used to the transparency and service of booking direct, I suggest you stay away.
