I too was charged twice and am yet to get my money. Despite sending my bank statement I was emailed by on Eleni Valenti saying their record show I was refunded on a particular day when the second transaction that was to an Ellastvshop had not yet taken place. I have called several times the last time I was told miss Valentino was a so called manager and I should await a response called customer care spoke to one Helen Lewka Told that I would be contacted by accountsand emailed almost everyday and still no response that was over 11 days ago .Someone has to stop these people. This company should be shut down now and does not even deserve a single star.

This company charged my credit card twice for a plane ticket. First under Ellastvshop.com and then under travelbuddy247.com. I called the phone number on the website and as other people have said on this website, the connection was bad, the accent was funny. The woman on the phone told me to send my credit card statement to reverse the charges. I asked them straight out if they were affiliated with Ellastvshop.com and she said no. But I figured out this is a scam. Who would ask you to send in your credit card statement to reverse the charges. I called my credit card company and they reversed the charges, closed my account and we will be filing a fraud investigation report. Who knows if my ticket is even real. I've been on hold with the airlines trying to confirm.

Charged TWICE!! ELLATVSHOP.COM and the second one is TRAVELBUDDY247.com. I have been getting in touch with them now for 8 DAYS now and I still haven't got my refund.

I was charged $870 3 times, they refunded me and said they have been dealing with computer problems. 3 days later they sent an email saying they found a flight $10 cheaper and would refund me. Guess what they did, they charged my account AGAIN for $860. I call them back and THEY WON'T REFUND THE MONEY. THEY SAID IT WAS REFUNDed, MY BANK STATEMENT SAYS OTHERWISE. so I asked for the accounting department phone number and the foreign lady gives me A EMAIL ADRESS, REALLY! And to top it off I'm on vacation and could have used that $860!!! Thanks a lot travelbuddy, never again.

I purchased an airline ticket through this website, and they charged me the $370 twice - once that day and another time 6 days later. When I contacted them, they kept telling me that it "wasn't really charged twice", but yet when I called my bank, the money was definitely taken out twice. Now they are saying that I just have to keep watching my account, and eventually I "should see one of the charges reversed". They also hardly speak English.....it's terrible. Don't give them any financial information. I am regretting it.

i will never book with this false website again stole 916.16 from my Chase bank acoount and i have not gotten it back yet. Said i had a reservation gave me a confirmation and took money out of my account two hours later said i didnt and when i asked if i could fax paper showing they took out of my chase account the supervisor had no answer. only said my money would be returning in a couple of days. I think it is a new website stealing infor i called chase ASAP to have them look into this matter

I used often expedia for my trips but most of the times they was so arrogant and I waiting million of time on the line when I wanted something to help me .i found travelbuddy247 from New York Times and I booked my trip to Jakarta for me and my family but Unfortunatelly I did a misspelling in my last name .I called them and they fixed everything without any cost in 2 minutes I love this company and I will use them from now on .

Just I bought a vacation package for this site I save more than 150 usd .I called them and they support me about all informations for my trip thy are very Profesional .
