Just a scammers. Asking membership for nothing. You can find cheaper prices by searching in other famous platforms.

In fact, our clients appreciate the booking services they benefit from, the savings they make, the advantages associated with them, and the 24/7 Support Service available when they travel. We regret that you did not delve deeper into your reflection before posting a review, but you surely have your own motivations for doing so.
We should be interested in knowing more about the comparison you said you did and who the « famous platforms » are.

Efficient. Very efficient.

A truly efficient service. However, not fast enough. There was a lot of waiting time, in my opinion, for a reservation that had been made but was initially untraceable—almost an hour. That said, I repeat, the service is very efficient. Thank you, Prescilla, for your help.

Do not use

Booked Disney park tickets through travel advantage, I had put all the correct dates in and before I went to pay the page had refreshed and not kept my dates. So took my money and when I got email confirmation it had todays date so went straight in to change it. All they have said is you can’t have the money back or have the dates changed as it’s not them it’s Disney. Now a company who wants to work with a company who won’t make an amendment like that is quite frankly disgusting. Disney must make millions. They are not being helpful in who else I can get in touch with. £700 loss and i have to rebook and pay the same amount again absolutely disgusting you should be ashamed of yourselves!!

Hello Emma, The Support Department sent me the ticket number to review what happened to you.
The story is just showing how invested our Support agents are to help our clients.

To make a long story short : You booked on Oct 16th and, for any reason, didn’t control the dates on the final checkout page. It happens to all of us and there is no need to blame you on this of course :-)
The problem was that the wrong date was Oct 17th ! The day after your booking, instead of end of November.
Because of that all cancellation policies were down because only available if produced at least 3 days before the check-in date.
You and us have been calling Disney, we wrote to them, were sent from one Department to another one, trying to find a solution. We were in contact also with our supplier and with you all along this process to keep you posted.

You finally decided to trust us and our cumulated efforts made the « said » impossible becomes possible: on Friday, 25 oct 2024 we were glad to inform you that after reviewing your case our supplier and Disneyland accepted to do an exception and your original booking with the wrong dates has been refunded.

You thanked us "That's great, thank you very much. You have no idea how much this is appreciated! » and we were happy that you were able to have this positive issue.

We are very proud of our Support Agents, managing as much as possible any issue, taking care on details, understanding and sharing the frustrations with our clients.
We know how this is important and value that a lot.

We wish you to enjoy your family time at Disney.
