WORST FLIGHT PORTAL EVER!
I have booked hundreds of flights until now and I haven't seen any provider that was worse than flug24. Prices are cheap, but there is always a side cost with them and they are trying to rip you off with everything. They fail to charge you via your credit card, they consider the flight canceled and place a fee immediately. You can't reach the customer service for some reason and once they call you back after a week that you have tried to contact them, they tell you that they receive hundreds of e-mails and calls so they can't return on time, why do you run this business then??? The good reviews written on this web site are written by the company, so don't take them into account when you are considering to buy a ticket there.

I have traveled with travel 24 several times, but have not got any Money back from the "gutschein" codes.
Right now I have 2 times 50 euro that I dont know how to get from them.
Someone that can help me?
