Terrible experience with this company! I bought a new car and so purchased their dog guard, dividers, cage doors and boot mat in time so that my car would not get damaged. Upon fitting these, there was a huge gap where the dog guard sat that dogs could get through, so I was unable to use it. Their customer service was terrible, taking no responsibility for why the items didn’t fit properly and I had to keep going back and forwards to discuss returning it. Eventually they agreed at their cost as I refused to pay to return items that were not fit for purpose. But they wouldn’t take the boot mat back as it had been used, and deducted this from my refund which I felt was uncalled for. My car has since been damaged with scratches as my boot was not fully protected as planned, and the dogs jumped out due to having nothing to stop them. I own a dog walking business and was also about to kit out my workers cars, but due to this awful service, you have missed out on a huge amount of sales. Had this been dealt with differently, with the mat also being refunded, and an actual explanation as to why the items did not fit - this could have changed things. AVOID!!!!!!

Mats dont fit the car even though we put the registration in as requested and the mats came up said in green letters they would fit but unfortunately further down in tiny unclear orange letters said hybrid only this is very misleading as it’s not obvious and although we have had a refund it cost £7 to return the mats which they won’t consider refunding

Mats seemed competitively proced and arrived promptly. Fit generally ok but main issue is holes to centre mats into footwell are spaced too close together so the mats will not fit the two studs in the footwell. Same issue on both front mats.

I purchased a dog guard to keep the two dogs safe. Quality build but after installing I had two passengers in the back and both could not get the seatbelts to work, once pulled out they would not retract and just hung lose.
I made an appointment with Subaru to check that the seat-belt mechanism was working. Before I took in the car I thought I should check the guard. Once I remove the guard the seat-belts worked perfectly.What I noticed was the feet for the guard were pushing down on the thin plastic cover that the seat belt retracted through. Just the weight of the guard stopped the belts from retracting. I contact Travall to see if they had a solution as it seemed the feet for the guard needed to be wider to go between the glass and the seat-belt cover or the upper arm need to be longer to keep the lower feet away from the seat belt. Travall was dismissive and said that the seat belts were being used (pulled) in correctly and that is absurd. Both adults knew how to use a seat belt. This also does not take into account the use of a baby seat or a dog leash (that they sell). The problem is clear, the supporting feat need to be in a different location.
Now I cannot use the guard and need to get one that is actually made to safely work in the Outback

I ordered some new rubber car mats for my new car. They were ordered on Saturday 14th February and received today, 16th February. Fantastic service and superb quality mats that fit my car perfectly.

Great products but forget about any level of customer service or real support. I have a Audi SQ7 with a panoramic sunroof. The dog guard for the model states it does not fit versions with this. I checked online blogs and found a statement from Travall in 2019 identifying and stating they are aware and will be actioning it. I contacted Travall asking if this was in production now (now 6 years later) only to receive a copy and paste answer of all products are listed. They couldn't even be bothered to confirm or deny. Great service it most certainly isn't. I'll take my money to Guardsman, cheaper too.

Trump’s changes to de minimus and duties have made shipping a nightmare from international companies. I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for US delivery of a liner after the dog guard I ordered was delivered on time. Customer service says they’ve reached out to UPS but also says I need to reach out to UPS, UPS says I need to contact the sender. Just buy American products to save the hassle.

Ordered a Guard and divider for Skoda Fabia Hatchback. Placed reg in and ordered parts. The divider does not fit as you have to order the false boot floor which is £75 from Skoda garage as it does not come as standard with a Skoda.

I recently ordered a bumper protector and a boot guard for my Ford Tourneo Connect . I sent an email to query and got a quick response . Ordered both items and they were delivered promptly .

Personally I have had a very good experience with this company. I have purchased two dog guards for separate vehicles. The guards are well made and fit well - no rattles. On the occasion I had to return a guard the service was very good with prompt full refund. Thanks.👍

I have sent 2 email to them asking about 2024 Subaru Ascent, can't get them to respond. Their webpage stops at 2023 so I can't even order one from them. Not sure what is going on but they do NOT seem to respond.

Beware if you do buy products from this company.
I tried to get new parts for a BMW X1 dog guard and was told they do not do spare parts for the metal pieces, so if you do happen to lose any you would have to buy the whole thing.

I bought the Travall Guard for my Mazda CX-5. The directions for putting it together and installing are extremely poor. There are many ways to get it wrong and I found them all, tho I’m usually good with directions and building out of a box. For such an expensive and higher end product, Travelall should include directions with clearer photos and figures, written instructions (there were none), and warnings about what not to do. Now that it’s finally in it is fine, but c’mon—it shouldn’t have been that hard and time consuming.

Returning Customer, I purchased the full Gaurd & divide for my Ford Smax which I was very impressed with, Now I have changed my vehicle I need to replace it all again. Angelina from their customer services has been amazing and I have ordered the Guard, Devide & one door. Brilliant service, Email response first class. Thank you again.

I ordered the full tailgate, divider and door for my Jaguar Fpace. Easy to install, with good instructions and fits the boot perfectly. Not cheap but good quality. I placed the order on Sunday evening and it arrived by mid day Tuesday, so very quick.
I would recommend to anyone purchasing for an F Pace.

I have purchased a Travall Guard pack for a Toyota Corolla Touring Sports (2023 model). The products are very solid, very well designed and adapted to my car. Furthermore the delivey was very fast (3 days, France). My dog ​​now feels very comfortable in my vehicle.

Excellent service! I broke a small bracket for the tension clip which secured the dog guard. Travall responded to my email request for a replacement part immediately. The cost was minimal and the Customer Service from Angelina was superb!

Fantastic service. We ordered a dog guard and divider which both arrived promptly. When we discovered we had ordered the wrong divider, this was collected the next day and the right part delivered immediately. Also the products are of excellent quality.
